Dayton gave the Serbs 49% and the Croat-Muslim 51%. Of course he would want the Croats to break off from the Muslims. If the Croats(about 20-21%) and Muslims(30-31%) federation breaks apart, who would benefit? The RS...of course Dodik would like to see this.

I cant see this happening though, the Croats lost the most land to the Serbs at Dayton. The Croats best move is to stay aligned with the Muslims.
