Serbia plans to use two donor conference loans

You cannot "donate" a loan. The EU in this case is not a "donor" but a lender that is purposely sinking Serbia into debt even more so that it could reach Croatian levels.

While it is obvious that your hatred for the west(in which you and your family most likely enjoy life)has clouded your brain to where you no longer think rationally, if you read the article you will see there were loan offers AND donations.
The EU donated 80 million dollars Japan donated 5 million and also offered a chance at a 40 million dollar loan(which if the details are correct is as close to donation as one can get)
You have developed the total welfare mentality of "I want your money with no strings attached".
It must be horrible to be such a conspiracist that you think someone is offering a low interest loan to help rebuild a country just to destroy it.

To the people of Serbia, i am a native of Belgrade. currently in Montenegro for a vacation. I have seen every story of the flood on the news and if i had alot of money trust me i would give all of it to help out. but for now all i can do is pray for my people
