Quoting a source from the Serbian government, the newspaper reported that "one should not be surprised if procedures for organ trafficking are also initiated before a new court for KLA crimes."

An unnamed source quoted by an unnamed newspaper :) come on B92, what journalism is this?! It sounds more like hearsay...

anyway, Thaci is not irreplaceable; if he has committed crimes, he should go to jail and another person will become prime minister of Kosovo; end of the story.

Perhaps the aging Thaci isn't so attractive to the female U.S. officials anymore the way he was to Madeleine Albright. Pictures showed her gazing adoringly in his eyes...
Once his looks are fully gone, he will be disposed.

Yep. Nice try though attempting to shift the attention to Serbia again. They're not the ones with war criminals living openly and taking part in government. You and all the other paranoid Albanians are finally going to have to face the music that your people harbor and protect criminals of the worst sort.
(Admiral America, 31 July 2014 00:28)

A few things here:

1. There are no war criminals of worst, worse, bad, ok, good, better or best, sort. They are all war criminals. That alone defines any war criminal.

2. What do you think Dacic, Nikolic, Vulin, Vucic are? These were all close collaborators to Milosevic and in the Serb government when the government was killing thousands of people and burying their bodies in mass graves inside Serbia. Lets not kid ourselves here; these guys did not make it to the Hague because of lack of human resources, bigger fish was caught, witnesses were killed (Arkan and his friends), approaching deadlines, political situation, and the fact that almost all Serb politicians supported the killing of Albanians in 1999 and in some way, directly or indirectly were responsible for the murder of thousands of people. Politicians with clean hands in Serbia were almost nonexistent and they do not govern Serbia today.

3)Whoever killed (Serb or Albanian) or was in any way involved in killing civilians should be in jail. That won't happen, otherwise Dacic, Vucic, Nikolic, Vulin would have already been in jail

UCK was/ is a criminal organisation.

Members of UCK are therefore criminals - regardless of attempts later to appear as legitimate.

All criminals have accepted that they are open to all forms of justice.

The justice of the lawyers and the courts is a form of justice, amongst many.

From the above article:

The fact that so far there is no evidence of organ harvesting, does not mean that there will not be, Williamson was also quoted as saying, and adding that the investigation would continue.

The above statement can be said of anyone, including the Serbian government. Keeping in mind, after several investigations no evidence of organ harvesting has ever been uncovered. It is becoming clear that no such crime occurred.

Nowhere in the legitimate international press does it state that Thaci will be indicted.

However, that does not prevent B92 from quoting some unnamed Serbian daily thereby attempting to foster lies it very well knows are untrue. A news outlet that knowingly publishes lies of anonymous news source is no better than the latter unscrupulous one it quoted.

This is the hype of the moment, it will enjoy its 15 minutes of fame do you really think it is going to be an issue in 12 months, individuals will be arrested and put on trial and then it will be announced that Kosovo set this court with EU help to cleanse its country and any govt officials of those guilty. As opposed to Serbia who not only has had open criticism of an international court that investigates and tries the guilty in Serbia, but whose govt and military hid the ones accused of the most heinous crimes for more than a decade.
Other than the occasional emergence of the Serbian prosecutor repeating his canned message of how he has uncovered PROOF that never materializes there will be nothing more of the organ harvesting in the future.
In the international arena you still have the number of 10 versus 10,000, once the sensationalism ends.

This is hilarious. I just looked all over the internet for any mention of Thaci going to be indicted and I only find a few websites that say that....all of which are Serbian or some wacko news source.

Not ONE legitimite news site mentions Thaci specifically. CNN? No. Huffington Post? No. BBC? No. The list goes on.

Its amazing that Serbians invent the news instead of "report" it. I'd like to see the transcripts in which Williamson says "Thaci will be indicted". It doesn't exist.
