"Improve alignment with EU foreign policy"

So does Serbia need a foreign minister anymore? I mean if the EU is going to take care of Serbia's foreign policy, what's the point of paying for a foreign minister anymore? What happens when the EU unilaterally starts to centralize even more against the wishes of nation-states? Should Serbia then just get rid of the finance/economy ministries since the EU will be deciding the budget and tax codes of each member state?
