Really, a donor conference?? The flooding was a tragedy but countries suffer such losses every day. It no where near the major catastrophies of the world. It has just elevated Serbia to the level of professional victim.
Why don't instead Vucic and Nikolic get a couple pairs of sunglasses and tin cups and sit outside the UNGA doors?
