Serbia wants to negotiate with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) regarding an agreement on a three-year loan, Economy Minister Dušan Vujović has said.

The BRIC countries formed their own IMF, based in Shanghai. Perhaps Serbia should go there for a more favorable loan. You know, without the Structural Adjustment Programmes that leave your pensioners without a pension and your teachers without a decent salary.
