China and Russia could be an answer to your question.

Tongue and cheek post or what???
Chinas help has been in the form of loans to pay Chinese companies to perform work in Serbia, thus boosting Chinese economy not Serbia's. Russia's help has been in gaining control of assets from Serbia at cheap prices thus forcing Serbia to pay for upgrades and skimming the profits back to Russian economy.

So, basically, your answer is "magic".

No need to cut spending money we don't have. We need to spend more because China!

huh?

Economic stimulus instead of austerity, Danilo.
Does that ring a bell with you?

With what money? some appearing magically? Printing Dinars like Micheal Thomas' brilliant plan, thereby isolating Serbia economically?

Were is this magic stimulus money going to come from?

The other option being what?

Keep going bankrupt? Keep subsidizing electricity while going bankrupt? Keep paying for a bloated public service that needs to lose half it's workers when you can't afford to do so?

what's your plan? Some magic somewhere?

All those who cry because he left, being sooo talented, US educated, or even good looking (that probably was a comment from his girlfriend) LMAO
have you really understood what he complained about?
"Krstić said that he advocated for a program that includes wage and pension cuts, layoffs and the market price of electricity..."
IMF, WB and the whole BS, nothing but the whole BS.
To be clear, he's complaining about Vucic not licking ass fast enough!

I feel sorry for him. Poor guy is the most educated in government and now he has to resign with an "uncle Vucic knows best" speech.
(Danilo, 14 July 2014 16:38)

I think we both know that was speech written for him by the very government he's resigning from.

How many months ago was this guy being hailed as a saviour?

I feel sorry for him. Poor guy is the most educated in government and now he has to resign with an "uncle Vucic knows best" speech.

He didn't know what was waiting for him in Serbia. Oh well, off to greener pastures, I'm sure.

This guy is a joke. It was painful to watch him sucking up to Vucic, claiming that Vucic had too much of a "soft heart" which had me reaching for the bucket.

Then a few minutes later it turns out that Krstic will continue working for Vucic as an advisor...

That country has chased out all of it's real talent. Just like the other nations in the Balkans. Ego, that's what destroyed Yugoslavia.
