South Stream Serbia and Russia's Centrgaz on Tuesday signed a contract on building the section of the South Stream pipeline through the Serbian territory.
I thought the official construction of the pipeline already started? I remember seeing Toma Diploma at the ceremony in some silly hardhat. What is this BS signing now? How many times will the Russians and Serbs sign some contract for a project that may not go anywhere?

In case you didn't know, this pipeline isn't going from Russia directly to Serbia. A lot of Europe is directly involved. Of course the EU will say something because they need to invent roadblocks for Serbia's path to the EU which will never actually become realized.
