My argument is pure and simple, Milosevic revoked the autonomy of Kosovo that had been granted to Kosovo and then he went on a cleansing campaign of Albanians throughout Kosovo wanting to make it all Serbian, he did this by closing the state factories and the schools and public service catering to Albanians, when Albanians protested he become more brutal and stepped up his mission through police and military units. To the tune that the UNSC issued 4 resolutions calling on Serbia to stop the brutal assault on the people of Kosovo.
As a result of this brutality you have a resolution by the UNSC without a single vote against that stripped Serbia of any control over the land of Kosovo, and placed it under UN control. This is totally an unprecedented action and one that has not been repeated.
Now if you have a similar incident in the world that is supported by the highest governing unit of the world, then I will entertain any arguments that you have about "equality".

Think again,explain this to me.

"The really big point you miss is there should have never been an offensive that needed a cease fire."

In early 90's West formed panel of legal experts made of chairs of Constitutional courts of UK, France, Germany, etc.etc. and they have decided that Yugoslavia is "disolved state" and former. Legal successors were former Yugoslavian republics and they named them - Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia. Decision supported integrity of those republics. Integrity was challenged, of course, like Serbs in Croatia, or Albanians in Serbia. If you say that "there should have never been an offensive that needed a cease fire." in both Croatia and Serbia, I can maybe agree with you. But, if you tell me that Croatia should have solve inegrity chellange by ethnically cleansing Serbs, and Serbia should have not even fight, then I can't. I can support every solution in which Serbia is equall to the other republics and Serbs equal to other nations.
Ones upon a time Western nations were the same. French revolution had principles of "Liberte, EGALITE, fraternite". In US declaration of independence "We believe that all ban are created EQUAL..."

Ideology of equality. Unfortunatelly, not today. Today ideology of supremacy preveils there - white can but black can't, or Albanian can, but Serb can't, etc.

It's OK. You are not alone in that. Fascists, islamic fanatics, and many others also don't think all are equal.

Just another example of one who surfs the internet for any smidgen of someone claiming Serbia was the victim in their atrocities against the people of Kosovo. Nothing more, nothing less. Truly inform yourself, admit your guilt and lets move on.

300 years ago Russians and Serbs spoke one language. After WW2 two great Joes in vain tried to set us apart so don’t you even dream of it. By the way I am a Russian and I write these words from Moscow. I would possibly kiss my dirty ass as you offer but I have no such practice. So kindly help me with kissing.

All Dacic said is that force is not the answer but negotiations.
And all of the sudden we see comments "Oh, if only Serbia ..." and "Do as I say, not as I do" and such, implying that Serbia is the one that wanted to resolve all issues by force.
To me, it only shows that you are ill-informed.
Perhaps you can take less then five minutes to look at part of BBC documetary "Moral Combat. Nato at war"?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0EacIM6-kfg

So, "...if only Serbia accepted ceasefire..." Oh, please, Shut up!
They did.
KLA went into offensive. When Serb forces responded (or did you expect that our soldiers should have died without defending themselves?)they were blamed for violation of ceasefire. Why are you shooting back when fired upon?

At one point journalist asked Richard Holbrook why he blames Serbian side for violation of ceasefire , but not Albanian side when it's clear from OSCE report that it's Albanian side that started offensive and is responsable for end of ceasefire?
He replied that he can blame Serbs because terms of ceasefire were for them to stop fighting, while KLA can't be blamed because they didn't violate anything - nobody asked them to stop fighting!!!

It became obvious why was cesefire demanded to begin with - not to stop fighting, but to blame Serbs for everything as it was costumary in 90's.
And , of course, as Ceku said in this small clip - for KLA to "...get organised, to consolidate, to grow. "

Serbia "calls for stopping the use of force and starting a negotiation process in Ukraine," he said

One could only add that the wide scale war is conducted on the lands like Lugansk that once belonged to New Serbia. Some of the Serbs like deputy mayor of Kharkov Novak still live there. Others like another Novak (Energy Minister of Russia) though born there now live in other places. Besides dozens of people are killed there every damned day most of them civilians.

Albanians today stick to the OUR SON-OF-A-BITCH theory. They believe that what is bad for Serbs is good for them. But who knows what is good and what is bad ? Besides times they are changing. Once the US were a UK colony while today UK is a US colony. So Russia is fighting not only for ourselves but for other peoples as well including the Albanians. Ivica Dačić should address that to the right recipient, which is Poroshenko/Waltzman´s boss, the same as Ivica Dačić boss, the United Snakes of AmreKKKa.

The free and sovereign Russia´s President Mighty Vlad know who he is dealing with and what this latest edition of "Drang nach Osten" will entail, so should Ivica Dačić and his quisling cult in Belgrade if their memory suits them well...

Wow, if Dacic would have only given that very same advice to his pal Milosevic when the UNSC issued its first resolution, 1160 in March of 1998, to stop Serbia from using excessive force, just think where Serbia could be today.
