You can keep saying that to convince yourself, but the facts are Kosovo-Metohija is very dependent on a number of things to ever be an independent nation. For one, it's completely depended on Western handouts to even be as impoverished as it currently is.
(Ari Gold, 3 July 2014 11:50)

Yep, dependent of Western handouts, but not on Serbia... that's the whole point. Kosovars would be happy to be dependent on any entity, as long as it's not Serbia...
----------

Then there's the whole UN thing. When the last (real) countries declared independence- Montenegro & South Sudan, they joined the UN within month.
(Ari Gold, 3 July 2014 11:50)

Oh, please... Kosovo has no desire to be like South Sudan (if you follow the news).

In addition, you are saying that Serbia was not a real country until 2000 since that's when Serbia joined the UN? That a very unpatriotic statement on your side :)
----------

As I've said many times before, if the Kosovo-Metohija of today with all its poverty, crime and its disputed status is being hailed as some sort of victory, then I feel very confident of the future.
(Ari Gold, 3 July 2014 11:50)

Good... You are confident about the future. Kosovars are confident about the future, as well. So everybody is happy.

For one, it's completely depended on Western handouts to even be as impoverished as it currently is. Secondly, it is dependent on the Serbian governments cooperation and its aspirations to join the EU.

-- Ari you can say the exact same things about Serbia. For one, Serbia is completely dependent on western handouts to even be as impoverished is currently is. Serbia had to get a grant from the EU to even be able to pay people so it can function as a country. Secondly, it is dependent on the Kosova government's cooperation and its aspiration to join the EU. All Kosova needs to do is to send a few bulldozers by those barricades and you will see how fast the various Dacic's, Nikolic's, Kostunica's and all the other Serb hotheads make all the EU handouts disappear.

Serbia is nothing but a poor impoverished small country dependent on the same big global players we are dependent upon. The difference of course, and your downfall, is that you think too highly of yourselves. I mean countries decide over a nice cold beer to bomb you and nothing happens to them. That is how important you are in the world. Come back to earth from time to time. You're full of yourself up there in your delusional universe where Serbia is this wealthy world leader. Come back when you get milk in Belgrade.

It has been 6 years of apparently strong Serbian gov't support of your delusional fairytale of independence and strong Western lobbying, and you are still being denied entry into organizations without Serbia's approval.

Oh, my. Kosovo is a state! You are delusional, Ivo, delusional! Kosovo is already a member of other organizations, and it will be part of the UN when Serbia accepts Kosovo, which will happen bevause we all know Serbia is like a mouse running for the cheese in the trap. Russia is obviously going to be by Serbia's side, as will China. As I have stated before, it's all because of terriotorial disputes and relations. Russia is culturally, militarily (The JNA was almost completely financed by Russia), and interiorily related. China has great relationships with Serbia because of trade and both countries dealing with interior problems (China with Tibet and not as much Taiwan, Serbia with Kosovo). Also, if you want to play 1244, it states that Yugoslavia can't be split up, and since it does not exist anymore because of the secession of Montenegro (2006) and a year of unfailed talks (Late 2007), Kosovo has the right to seceed. I know, truth hurts...

Dear the truth, Dacic is not lying, Wikipedia is not authoritative, but public interactive. According to the organization's official website, as you certainly know, the Serbian province of Kosovo is not a member. Nice try, though.

LOL you know for someone who uses the name "truth", you sure do look a little bit silly sourcing Wikipedia. Anyway, the Albanians in Pristina can appear as "Kosovo" only if there is a * attached to the name which addresses the fact that the territory is of course a Serbian province, but under international administration.

For all the wins you internet Albanian nationalists are claiming to have scored, if a measly asterisk is all you can obtain...then its no wonder why your brothers in southern Mitrovica are rioting and enraged as hell. At least they see... the truth.
