Dačić thanked the Vatican for its "principled support to Serbia" regarding membership in the European Union and over Kosovo, noting that it has not recognized the unilaterally proclaimed independence of the province.

Dacic is sounding more like Vuk Jeremic, when he used to speak on behalf of other countries, and afterwards recognition came one after another.

LOL said, "He doesn't visit nations that are brutal and criminal-like in all aspects, regardless if it was in the past or present."

Yes they do. Popes have visited Croatia.

Also, in 1998, the Vatican beatified Cardinal Alojzije Stepinac the Croatian wartime archbishop of Zagreb and active collaborator with the Ustase regime.

He doesn't visit nations that are brutal and criminal-like in all aspects, regardless if it was in the past or present. He also doesn't visit nations that have weird nationalism based on religion, like Serbia. The list goes on. I pray the Pope never steps foot in Serbia.
