Serbia - while not a country of Pacific region - should seriously consider to join the APEC travel card system.
Who has that card basically does not need the visa to the member counties.

BTW: NZ is one of the members...

Quite a good system because the burden of visa falls back to your own police.
Indeed... your police (if it is sufficiently corruption-free) knows better who is a good guy and who is not than the embassy.

My prediction: this system and similar ones will pick up in coming years. There will be two kind of travelers: the "trusted" one who does not need a visa anywhere and likes of Mr. Berisha who just went from a Swiss jail to a German one. The Swiss and German jails are filled with his countrymen to the max.

Albanians number more than Serbs in NZ too.... and they recognise Kosovo :) Welcome to Serbiyaaa Mr. McCully.

Albanians outnumber Serbs everywhere, not only in NZ - but most importantly in German and Swiss jails.
And Kosova does not border Indonesia yet. But if Greater Albania will materialize, Kosova will border Planet of Naboo.

BTW: it is mandatory to mention both Albania and Kosova in every single B92 posting. These (Albania with Kosova) are the most important things in the universe. In particular that even Karadjordje Steak is being called Skenderbeg Steak there. I am sure, Serbs just stole the Albanian steak idea since Skenderbeg, the great Hellene-Serb, I mean, sorry Albanian hero (of Greek-Serb descent, of course) lived few hundred years earlier than Karadjordje.

Interesting choice of country to visit, you'd think he would go to Croatia, seeing there are many Croats there. Albanians number more than Serbs in NZ too.... and they recognise Kosovo :) Welcome to Serbiyaaa Mr. McCully.
