Serbian FM Ivica Dačić and his visiting Montenegrin counterpart Igor Lukšić said on Tuesday the two countries should focus on the search for mutual interests.

They aren't stupid. If we could have dual citizenship, the amount of Montenegrins living in Serbia right now could theoretically tip the scale in votes for the Milo Djukanovic fiefdom run on La Cosa Nostra principles. Montenegro only has a population of 650, 000 people. Even in Serbia's dying demographics, you could easily find even that many people to take up dual citizenship and vote to end this unjust "Milonegro".
