The election were free and fair, as many observers stated, and no political force contested them. In the past Albanians were occupied against their will. So yes, during communist Yugoslavia or during Milosevic Serbia there was not such a thing as free elections. Today the colonial past is over. Free elections are possible, as evident in this last ones.

It is not Thaci's fault that Isa Mustafa and LDK are dull, unetuziasting people who can not motivate anyone to go and cast the ballot.
It is not Thaci's fault that LDK enter in this election alone.
It is not Thaci's fault that Rugova's LDK,that used to be, by all acounts the biggest Albanian party, ends up with 25% of the votes.

I don't like Thaci, but he won fair and square.

No surprise Washington's trained puppet wins again. Better the devil you've already bribed than the devil you have to groom from scratch. As a bonus he avoids prosecution in the upcoming war crimes trials against other members of his party :)

"On the basis of little more than 94 percent of the votes counted, according to the Central Election Commission in Priština, the party won 31.21 percent of the vote. "

What? Thaci must be very upset that he got less than 110% of the votes :)
