BA - its clear you just don't know what the real issues are. You refuse to even acknowledge the pantic/rakic situation where a Serb elected mayor chose not to sign the loyalty oath to the republic of kosovo so he couldn't become mayor and the rakic had to campaign on signing the oath so he could become mayor! The Serbs were already voting on republic of Kosovo central election Comission ballots so of course rakic signing the loyalty oath was not controversial. It was bizarre than pantic after having been elected on rokcec ballots decided to pretend for some reason that he wasn't in the independent sovereign republic of Kosovo!

Autonomy means legislative, executive, or judicial powers! The csm has none of Those things. There are no powers Serb municipalities have that Albanian municipalities don't have. Any Albanian municipalities ould form their own community of municiplaites because theyre just clubs. All foundations of laws must be in line with pristina law under the view of pristina courts. You take information from radical Albanian nationalists who don't even want Serbs in Kosovo! Read the Brussels agreement.

Sj you are wrong. Explain the rakic /pantic situation then! There are loyalty oaths to the sovereign independent nation of Kosovo and rakic had to campaign on signing it after pantic wouldn't.

If you were anymore full of it you would explode. There was no loyalty oaths to an independent Kosovo but you can dream on a little longer because in short time Kosovo will be Albanianless. Serbs can vote with Serbian ID documents and they can tear off any symbols of a so called independent Kosovo and those votes are still valid – wake up and smell the pineapple

Ah yes, the "loyalty oath". The one thing you cling to to make your belief valid yet you've never produced evidence of what this oath is and what is said.

This might clear a few things up for you. It's in English so you don't have to struggle through the Albanian, but it's written by the editor of Koha Ditore - a newspaper that has a better sense of reality for Kosovo than you ever did.

BA: where do you get your information abou the csm?!? Your just not even close to reality! One law in Kosovo- pristina law. One police pristina police. One court system - pristina court system. One education system. Just no autonomy for the Serbs on any issue.
(Brian, 7 June 2014 15:03)

Not my problem you believe your own fantasies and then get upset when reality hits.

I get my information from international media including Kosovo-based newspapers. Try googling and you'll find that the general consensus is that ZSO is on its way towards gaining functional autonomy in Kosovo. Start with Koha Ditore. You're obviously confused at the belief that "Kosovo Law" means unified law. You keep forgetting the problems of IMPLEMENTATION and INTERPRETATION, both of which Pristia has ZERO authority of enforcing in the north.

Autonomy means self-rule within a loosely defined framework of authority from a central government that is both distant and limited to the areas under consideration. Check the Ahtisaari Plan and you figure out pretty quickly the international authorities that put Kosovo slightly on the map designed the Serb areas, especially the north to be highly autonomous. Check the April Agreements and you'll be in for even ruder awakening.

Where do you get your beliefs that all of this is irrelevant and meaningless? You've yet to provide a single piece of evidence that shows your opinions are even close to empirical reality.

There is only EU law mate. The EU supervises the police, Courts and administration as Brussels would let you guys rule an outhouse let a lone Kosovo. Serbs can vote with Serbian ID papers issued by Belgrade, Serbs will remove the Kosov emblems and still vote and those votes are valid, all agreed by to by you crimnal leader Thaci LOL. What independent country allows that to happen??????????? NOT ONE.
And no Serbs do not sign any papers swearing alligence to your thugs in Pristina nor do they actually mention the thugs in Pristina when sworn in – your a joke.

The important thing is for Serbs to vote and vote en masse. The more they vote the quicker their autonomy will come via the Association Hash & Co. signed on to in 2013. No one in Kosovo believes this will consolidate Pristina's hold on the Serbs. In fact, general sentiment now holds that the Association will do to the southern municipalities what has existed in the north. You'd know that if you were living in Kosovo instead of pretending to be an Albanian patriot in the US :)

Kkkkkhahahaha! Oh, man! Trying to reduce your authority? The government of the republic of Kosovo insured that Serbs had a number of seats, a very large amount for a minority of 100,000. More and more Serbs in Kosovo are accepting the authority of the Kosovo government. From deputies and members of the KSF, to the mayors. Keep using invalid and childish reasons, but in the end, while you're reaching for the EU, you have to accept that Kosovo is a different rock on the mountain and you need to accept the reality to go past it and reach the top of the mountain. I hope you see where I'm getting at.

Once again the Serb government and the worthless Office prove that they're idiots. This is a joke, please do this Serb people so that the ballots are counted as invalid and you get 10 seats no more. Let's be honest that's the most the Serbs will ever get in the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo. As for the Serbians of the Republic of Kosovo, I hope they're not as stupid as the Government of the Republic of Serbia. This is child play. It will not achieve anything but further embarrass the Slavic mentality of Serbs.

Good luck, you're going to need it. Oh and leave Kosovo alone, you're about to head into recession.

(Rocky, 6 June 2014 14:55)

Don't worry, they won't. If all else fails, they'll use scissors. How nice of this quasi statelet to waste all that money on emblems (I like "drawing") of a "republic" its most privileged (so we're led to understand) minority will simply cross out. Official ballots to legitimize Belgrade-controlled autonomy: I couldn't think of a better type of document to cast my vote on (after I scribbled out the emblems). Albanians can continue to be under the illusion this is a normal state election and Serbs can continue to be under the illusion this is a normal provincial election.

Just like with the mayoral loyalty oaths that were covered by something like post-its which were removed in pristina after Serbs signed the loyalty oaths they can't change the fact that they are there and have officially recognized the sovereign independent nation of Kosovo. If you oppose Kosovo independence and go by serbias consitution the only thing to so is not vote. The thing to do is not pretend you aren't voting on republic of Kosovo ballots and signing a loyalty oath to the republic of Kosovo. Serbia must remove Kosovo from its constitution and finally recognize officially Kosovo is independent. Not just appoint dejan pavicevic and pretend he's a liaison officer and not an ambassador. The voters of Serbia have eliminated all nationalists from the parliament and 63% of serbia say Kosovo is an independent nation according to b92 ipsos.

So funny comments coming from the person who should be trusted for the K. Serbs.
Cross out the ballot means your vote will be invalidated automatically.
This is one of the condition that the ballot should be clean, clearly only marked the party and other candidacy you wish to vote. Any writing or any marks other then. Should be invalid.
Look at this person now he is telling to go to polls and invalidate your vote?
What is that??

Rocky

"For us it is not an emblem of a state. I think that people who receive a ballot will have the opportunity to cross out that coat of arms, or something like that. We have coats of arms of Belgrade, of Vojvodina, for us it is not an independent state emblem. Frankly, we wish there was no logo, this drawing which we will be crossing out - but this is for us a method of political struggle."

Hahahaaa, omg, dude seriously, these Chetniks are a hilarious breed that have no boundaries when it comes to stupidity! Serbs can cross it out, scratch it out, jump on it , throw it up in the air, etc, It is still a official ballot of the republic of Kosova, a official document endorsed, regulated, funded & issued by the authority's of the (INDEPENDENT KOSOVARE REPUBLIC) and if the Serbs will have any say whatsoever, they will have to cast their votes on these very ballots, which have also been officially recognized by the international community!!! So go ahead, be my guest in exercising your right in the republic of Kosova! And by the way, don't forget your magic markers, or maybe some white-out!!!
