Everyone must still vote on republic of Kosovo ballots and recognize Kosovo independence to vote

The fact that you only have to have Serbian ID cards to vote makes an absolute mockery of an independent Kosovo. The fact that Serbs will remove any symbols from the voting papers relating to Kosovo, and they will still be valid, makes an independent Kosovo a joke.
Just for your information Serbs in Kosovo do not swear any allegiance to those thieves in Pristina nor is there any mention of an independent Kosovo in the swearing ceremony.

An interesting point, while reviewing the transcripts of the recent UNSC meeting on Kosovo, it attributed a quote to Nikolic as follows:
"Instead of living in the past and making mutual recriminations, it is time to reach a sustainable solution for the future of the two nations. Our hand is reached out to touch the other side."

Just to make sure I listened to Nikolic's speech in its entirety(which was very straining) In which with one breath he would say Serbia is not asking for monetary compensation for the bombing campaign but basically they feel that it is owed to them.
But at the end of the speech he did in fact give the quote, in which he called Serbia and Kosovo "two nations".
