Is Presevo Valley "status neutrality"...When these people are going to be serious so they can be taken seriously?

Presevo Valley is in Serbia. Not part of Kosovo. You might as well bring up Republika Srpska, Crimea, and the Azores as well since you're on the subject of irrelevant geographical locations.

Northern Kosovo Serbs demands are not unreasonable in regard to elections. Government of Serbia should help them but not to try to modify their demands.Kosovo Albanian authorities should earn their respect.Serbs living on their indigenous territory are not required by International standards to accept changes in "status quo" by force.

Serbs are such a funny lot. They reject any mention of Republic of Kosovo saying it violates the status neutrality of the Brussels agreement(which in reality is not part of the agreement) but then insist on referring to it as the southern Serbian province which would also be a violation of any status neutrality agreement.

The ballots in the local elections last year had he logo of the republic of Kosovo central election Comission on them! What's he difference? Unless you can't see its obvious how the logo of the rokcec is based on the cost of arms of Kosovo as the maps of kosovo are exact duplicates! What kind of bizarre game is this? Do they want "post-its" on the symbols like they did with the symbols on the oath papers? Pantic wouldn't sign them but rakic and all the other mayors did! This is so Ridiculous! There was a strident and total recognition of Kosovo independence last year!

"...status neutrality in the process of normalization of relations between Belgrade and Priština."

Is Presevo Valley "status neutrality"...When these people are going to be serious so they can be taken seriously?

"Normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia..." What does that really mean? I mean REALLY.

Until Serbia is made to recognise formally Kosovo independence...these "poor guys" will go on and on hoping about "status neutrality".

Life is too short to waste more time.
