Northern mayor against participation in elections

This make no sense. In order to become a mayor he had to sign papers with republic of Kosovo symbols and to vote for him Serbs had to vote on ballots and in booths with republic of Kosovo central election Comission logos! Why all of a sudden problems with republic of Kosovo? Pantic couldn't become a fellow mayor because he wouldn't sign the loyalty oath to the republic of Kosovo unlike this guy! Everyone knew that in pristina the post it would be taken off the symbols and the Serbs will have been judged to have signed the loyalty oath to pristina.
