Cant rich Russia just send more expired or almost expired biscuits so Serbia can feel more one with Russia. That will tie Serbia over until some crops come up. Then again it could be another big drought like Serbia has been experincing a few summers in a row. I wonder if God is doing to Serbia like he did to other once upon a time incourigible nations all the signs point to it.

1st, not the arena to beg for money.
2nd, not a good idea to say "you owe me" because of a military intervention that the people you are talking to feel was necessary in order to stop your violence and against an innocent people and then beg for money.
3rd, not good idea to criticize countries stand on Kosovo independence and then beg the very same people for money.

Hey Nikolic, during the 1990s you and the rest of the politicians back in Serbia approved 100s of millions from Serbia's state budget, to help S. Milosevich wage wars of aggression against Kosova, Croatia, & Bosnia. 100s of millions€€€_$$$, that Serbia could have now had, to help its people cope with the damage that these floods have supposedly caused. But instead, like the hypocrite that you are, you beg the world for help. Serbia spends millions$$$ on wars of aggression & campaigns of genocide & ethnic cleansing, now she begs the world for help. I wouldn't give you a rock, one which you could use to batter your own head with. Serbia is not deserving of help, after all the anguish Serbia has caused in Southern Europe. This flood is a calamity you have brought upon yourselves, and I, for some reason see many more of these types of disasters descending upon Serbia in the months & years to come. It's payback for all the innocent blood on Serbia's hands, the sorrow Serbia caused thru-out the Balkans during the 1990s is coming back to haunt Serbia.
