The Count of Kosova, stick to your albanian business instead of intervening with ours. This is a deal that has been negotiated for 2 years and has nothing to do with the Money that has been given because of the floods. Maybe next time try to read the whole article.
According to him, it was agreed during the meeting to continue the cooperation between the two countries when it comes to military and military education, and that "in June or in the fall" agreements would be concluded "that have been awaited for almost two years

Bam Bam said, "God has finally given the Serbs what they deserve. I hope every land mine you Chetniks planted infront of people's homes end up down river towards Beograd. There Is no such thing as an innocent Serb, your all the same."

May what you wish for others visit you and all those you love.

I suppose God was punishing those in Croatia who also suffered from the floods too then.

What about the floods in the UK earlier this year, the floods and landslides in the USA, India, China, Argentina and so on you Muppet, you have a direct link to God also I suppose who tells you and your boyfriend Lenard these things does he???

In my estimation there are no innocent Croats either, you have yet to pay for the mass murders of WWII. You people are full of hatred that will ultimately destroy you, maybe God hasn't told you about that yet.

I hope every land mine you Chetniks planted infront of people's homes end up down river towards Beograd. There Is no such thing as an innocent Serb, your all the same.

@Count of Kosovo;

Your spiteful primitive comments are indicative of those in the Albanian community who did not view this as a catastrophic human tragedy, but instead took the opportunity to spew nationalist venom. The majority of Serbia's neighbours sought to help ordinary people who were in trouble. What a pitiful individual you are.

PEN,

I think you misunderstood the Count's message. All he was saying is that Serbia should use all funds available to help the flood victims. When Serbia starts talking about buying MIG warplanes in the midst of a humanitarian crisis, what is one to think of where Serbia places its priorities. It appears to me that the Count of Kosova was thinking of the Serb flood victims welfare and not being at all spiteful as you seem to believe. For your information, many Albanians have offered help to Serbia in its time of need. Just check with the Albanian Red Cross and Red Crescent relief organizations.

Gašić specified that this concerned a loan worth USD 1.4 billion that would be used to purchase MiG warplanes.

Why not spend this money on rescue efforts rather than on MIG warplanes that would most likely be shot down in future conflicts with NATO. To insure this loan is used for flood related rescue operations, the West should withhold an equivalent amount of $1.4 billion in donations. There is no rational reason why Serbia should be armed at the expense of its flood victims.
