Perhaps you should enrol in remedial English classes and I’d be happy to contribute as you obviously understand that the topic is Turkey helping out their Muslim bros with financial assistance to repair flood-damaged infrastructure. All Ankara is doing is organising a talk fest and they will contribute very little.
For your information Russia has helped a lot much more than Turkey ever will.

Really, I did not get that from the article, I got that Turkey was interested in helping Bosnia and Herzegovina which would include the RS portion. Most of the world considers it all one country and pledges support for the whole nation irregardless of ethnic composition.
But I did notice that RUSSIA was pledging help for the RS or Serbs of the country only.
How ironic you trash Turkey because you erroneously thought they were doing the exact opposite.
Of course most places in the world when hit with a disaster worry about saving lives and getting through the immediate dangers, Serb politicians were on planes going around the globe begging for money.

Ever see beggars on the side of the road with signs that say "will work for food"? Ever heard what happens if some good Samaritan stops and offers them food for free? They will throw it back in their face and curse them as they wanted money instead.
See any similarities with the 1st three posters and these professional beggars??? I do.
Maybe Serbia should stop going from house to house begging for what they can get and just rely on precious Russia!
