Russia sends two more planes with humanitarian aid

Two more planes of the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations will deliver humanitarian aid to Serbia, hit by the most severe floods in the past 120 years.

What Difference does my name make!

I'm sure the West will also help as soon as possible to this natural and humanitarian disaster and soon send planes with aid, just as Russia is sending rescue teams specialist divers and material aid, it would have to be a logistical nightmare for the Eu/NAto/West to coordinate amongst themselves a similar effort, or would, as I recall they succsesfully coordinated over 1000 planes, aircraft carriers, ships and tens of thousands of boots on the ground the last time there was a humanitarian disaster in Serbia, they kept flying overhead for 78 days, they spared no expense , maybe time a are too tough to go anywhere close to that extreme
