Serbia guided by EU ambition - and national interests

The above statement is contradiction in terms.Assuming that the anti-EU block got it wrong (myself included) and the EU is still around in its present form by the time Serbia becomes a member Serbian politicians will look over their shoulders to check they are on the right side of the EU , not of their national constituents or their national interests.
Any national politician going against the EU wishes will be removed. The EU has toppled democratically elected governments in Italy and Greece and it has also done this in Ukraine and, clearly, it intends to continue doing so in other countries. The EU doesn't give a fig about public opinion, according to van Rompuy.
The electors of Serbia(after membership) will not elect the people who govern them. No EU country does. The basic principle of rule by consent of the people that has underpinned stable democratic governments no longer applies within the EU.As long ago as 2007,former Maoist José Manuel Barroso-president of the European Commission-said he liked to compare the EU “to the organisation of an empire.” He said “We have the dimension of an empire.”Baroso's plans,however,will be ruined.All of the Eurozone members are hovering up each others debt which means it has become a huge house of cards and all it will take is one of them to collapse to bring the whole house down.

I could easily have said in my posting the revival of the Roman Empire (i.e EU) is prophesied in the Bible (you can read of it in Daniel and Revelation)"There will be an EU Empire and it will be a dictatorship"You can see it happening yourself but I prefer to speak about contemporary problems without religious connotations.The article is about the EU and I've tried to restrict myself within those parameters.The greed of western society [it's the economy, stupid] has been at the expense of protection of our liberties and the EU energetically encroaches further and further on those liberties on a daily basis. Eventually the desire to have bureaucrats controlling everything [which is the main characteristic of the EU] starts to destroy economies anyway [as happened in communist societies].I am not going to put a time frame on the EU's demise irrespective of how economically nonsensical it is becoming,however it's getting more bureaucratic power daily which will keep the EU in control solely for the benefit of its elite. In fact, the EU's ability to preserve the Euro set up against economic logic should be a terrible warning. It is establishing a precedent that the EU can get away with murder. At the moment that murder is largely figurative but before long it will become literal during some future crisis which I am certain it will be with us at some point in the future.

Populations will be so desprate they will give card blanche to the same criminal people that caused the disaster. They will promise big BS's to the populations but they will have to give up all their rites in the "emergency disaster". Then it will simply morph in to the fourth riech worse then WW2 Nazi Germany. God help anyone that oposes the fourth riech Empire or in any way the Empire persives that a individual or peoples dont give it 110% support.
