"Inflation within target limits, GDP growth 1 percent"

The inflation has been within the limits of the target rate since October 2013, Governor of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) Jorgovanka Tabaković has said.

1 percent = horrible
reason: the already rich countries like Germany, UK and France (which are presumably in recession) have higher growth rates!!
Serbia needs at least 5% annually to become a livable country 10 years from now!
