All the Serbs who voted voted on republic of Kosovo ballots and all the Serbs elected swore oaths to the republic of Kosovo. The csm is a powerless NGO which has no power and all power is in the hands of pristina Albanians. Albanians appoint the Serb police commander. Serb justice people must take republic of Kosovo bar exam. Goran rakic only became mayor after pantic rejected signing oath to pristina and republic of Kosovo. Csm ZSO is pro Albanian republic of Kosovo institution.
