The Serbs can moan and groan all they want: The fact of the matter is they have to show SOME FORM OF COOPERATION in order TO GET WHAT THEY NEED (not want) FOR THEIR ETHNIC CITIZENS IN THE NORTH! No one is trying to destroy the Serbs in the area, believe me- the world is watching. But Serb actions as of late really don't leave the Albanians much of a choice but to implement laws forcefully.

"...i mean the war ended in 1999 and the EU has run this place for the past 6 years. what on earth are they waiting for?"

Maybe for an order by the US ambassador in Pristina? He chose the Kosovo president (after Thaci wanted to see his buddy and financier Pacolli on this position) and controls what is going on and not going on in Kosovo, and as soon as CIA would open its archieves and issue an arrest warrant, be sure EULEX would jump and act immediately.

perhaps EULEX should show a bit of leadership and bypass the US ambassador? after all, they are the ones who officially run it (whatever law the K. parliament wants to pass, has to be approved by EULEX first, which pretty much makes a mockery of the parliament and the whole democratic process). what is the EU afraid off? the Americans? the EU pumps far more money than the US, they have far more leverage here. there's no point in people saying all in Kosovo are criminals but do nothing.

"The world knows that this guy and a lot of other politicians should sit behind bars instead of on chairs in the Kosovo government."

how does the world know that? not that i want to defend them, but a lot of people put forward accusations and do not have the balls to back them up. so if the whole world knows what you claim they do, then let the whole world take action, i mean the war ended in 1999 and the EU has run this place for the past 6 years. what on earth are they waiting for?

"It shows that Kosovo is open, has nothing to hide and is not afraid of the past, Fule stated."

Kosovo is open, has nothing to hide, not afraid of the past? Simply ridiculous. Didn't Fuele listen to that 'prime minister' Thaci who openly spreads propaganda that this court which is supposed to shed lights on the numerous KLA crimes is 'against Kosovo'?

The world knows that this guy and a lot of other politicians should sit behind bars instead of on chairs in the Kosovo government.
