Ok. You go with your sources and I'll go with mine.

"The West has offered billions of dollars in loans to help the Kiev government stave off economic collapse. Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said Ukraine expects to receive more than $5 billion in May, according to a statement Monday. This includes $3 billion from the International Monetary Fund, $1 billion from the United States and up to 1 billion euros ($1.38 billion) from the European Union. (AP)"

According to some reports, "the building was on fire by supporters of the pro-European government in Kiev."

And according to some other report, the fire broke out in the third floor of the building where the peaceful pro-Russian protesters prepared Molotov cocktails for throwing them outside.

“ you find any evidence of this”

Madame Lagarde herself said it over the TV the first night. Guess it was 5 days ago and I heard her speaking by myself. Besides if you remember the US SS spokesman said same very day that Ukraine was to have the money in a few hours. So where are those money ? I guess they are buried on the battlefield in Slavinsk also called as Slaviansk.

As for S&P ( I am not sure it was not Fitch ) the statement was made the day before yesterday. I watched rbc tv. Where are the money now that full 5 have passed ? they talked of the first 3,2 BLN. I guess the answer is in a small Russian town of Slaviansk. How can they conquer Lugansk and Donetsk regions inhabited with 7-8 millions of fury miners if the fail to seize any of the 10 rebelled towns with 70 000 -120 000 people ? They failed to seize anything while they suffer heavy losses every day.

"IMF commented last Friday that the 17 Bln. loan will be given only under the condition that Kiev will seize control over Donbas. Moreover yesterday S&P warned it will lower Ukaraine’s credibility to default level unless it seizes Donetsk and Lugansk regions..."

Wow...you find any evidence of this? I have looked at several sources and not found anything to indicate this.

“Eastern parts of Ukraine still tense”

When we have fast increasing number of the killed and injured it is called a war but not a tense. Last week brought us 70-80 killed and close to 300 of the injured. One can use word TENSE only in combination with WAR. The situation is aggravating by the west to put terms to the junta. Europeans must have not noticed that the IMF commented last Friday that the 17 Bln. loan will be given only under the condition that Kiev will seize control over Donbas. Moreover yesterday S&P warned it will lower Ukaraine’s credibility to default level unless it seizes Donetsk and Lugansk regions. So the direct warmongering pressure came out and became evident. Thus TENSE has become a too weak word to reflect the status quo.

Especially on Monday when attacks on the civilians have resumed. The West and their Kiev hangmen have zero chances for military victory and the only thing they dream of is to push Putin to march through Ukraine to Moldavia where most of the people are very loyal to Russia. So to provoke Putin they already sent to Ukraine hundreds of American , Polish , German and Lithuanian military and intelligence specialists. All in vain coz the result is quite predictable. 9-th of may will show the margin line ! 8-9 remaining regions of Malorossia will be set free one way or another and Ukraine will lose access to the Black Sea.
