This is the 1 billion question.Some messages coming out of Russia hoping to de-escalate the crisis through negotiations are in my opinion the wrong hopes.The Neocons and the EU mafia didn't spend their $ billions and energy to solve Ukraine's mess through negotiations.Ukraine is used as a proxy in order to achieve Russia's total capitulation.If Putin chose not to act militarily the suppression of Russians in East Ukraine will provide the Western financed NGOs with ammunition to discredit Putin domestically for failing to come to the aid of Russians and failing to protect Russia’s strategic interests.Putin has to act to solve the crisis through military means.Any hesitation will encourage the Kiev Junta to continue their operations against the Russian population and also allow US's Nato puppet states to amass forces on Russia's borders.
