The planned construction of a Faculty of Economics building in Bujanovac, southern Serbia, will make the town "a university town."

This should be good for a laugh. Who in their right mind would go to this University when even qualifications from Albania are not recognised anywhere else? Of course the courses will be run in that international language called Albanian. Is there any wonder the EU is stuffed? this is funded by Brussels not Belgrade.
