Serbian parliament to have six deputy speakers

Is this a peek at the new SLIMMED DOWN govt?? I remember after the last election they cut the number of ministerial positions and then as they needed to buy people off they started creating minister without portfolio positions which meant they did not have true responsibilities but got more money.
Remember Vulin could not be a part of the govt as his convictions on Kosovo would not allow it as head of the office on Kosovo. So they dangled the carrot of a position as minister without portfolio and his convictions magically disappeared. But that is not really corruption is it???
