The government and Serbs in Kosovo have met their obligations from the Brussels agreement, says Aleksandar Vulin, a minister in Serbia's caretaker cabinet.

Vulin and company repeatedly stated that they'll never give up Kosovo.
Well the fact is that Kosovo and Serbs were delivered to albanians.
Then Vulin and company must be lying?

Serbia has been very very aggressive in abolishing all its institutions and making sure serbs in Kosovo have no autonomy and are all under pristina Albanians law. Kosovo Serbs can't even appoint their own police commander. All Serbs have to go to courts that are run by Albanians in pristina. Serbia has customs agents and border guards so that its border with Kosovo is totally international in nature. It has appointed dejan paviceic its official ambassador to kosovo. All Serbs must swear loyalty to the republic of Kosovo like rakic did but pantic wouldn't.
