Danilo,

Your endless crying on the internet about your pitiful life in Serbia is useful if we all get bored and need some bottomless pit of repetition-compulsion.

To all those anti-gay bigots, fanatics and radical so-called "christians" out there I have only one message: You are the ones who should be ashamed of yourselves.

OMG I and Peggy can agree on something!!! For 10 years that I have been using B52 chats I am speechless. I find my thinking matching Peggy's!!! I need a Peja beer to absorb this news.

Danilo,

Don't get so upset by what some guy says about you. Who cares if a foreigners club doesn't appreciate you.
I like that you started the Kool-Aide-free Belgrade Foreigners and Friends instead on facebook. Smart move. That'll show them.
People need to know you like I do so they can understand you.

have you given up on actually commenting on the articles here and just paste that same comment that you have saved in a notepad file on your desktop, Roger7. Jesus, you're boring.

Hypocritical much aka Doot, Danilo Vancouver, Danny Danbridge?

Your chronic hate-filled comments got you kicked out of the welcoming Belgrade Foreign Visitors Club. Too funny, really.

You want to substitute a new morality for traditional morality, and anyone who does not ascribe to this new morality is in your estimation is a fanatic.
(marKo, 21 April 2014 18:46)

No, that's not what is being said here. What's being said here is that if person A wants to ascribe to the "traditional morality" he/she should be free to do so. If person B wants to ascribe to the "new morality" he/she should be free to do so.

But A does not have the right to tell B what "morality" to ascribe to and B does not have the right to tell A what "morality" to ascribe to. A and B are equally free to decide the morality they want to ascribe to and neither of them is a fanatic regardless of their choice.

Danilo

Hate is neither traditional nor moral, Marko.

Come to think of it, hate might be traditional around these parts, but it's a tradition that can and should change.

(Gotsefromohrid, 21 April 2014 14:16)

Funny how people just make stuff up here to suit their prejudices. Albania, while there hasn't been a parade yet, has public lgbt events and exhibitions without masses of people getting their panties in a twist.

First of all everyone in the world should feel shame, but thats not the point.

Personally I am for the parade happening as i believe it is a freedom of speech and association issue, but I can appreciate that some people who are against it are against it for reasons that don't involve hate. This is the exact problem that I was talking about before. You want to substitute a new morality for traditional morality, and anyone who does not ascribe to this new morality is in your estimation is a fanatic.

Gone is the talk of tolerance and diverging values and oppinions when you take a fanatical position that targets and shames people with a different world view than yours. This approach not going to win acceptance or validation, this is going to further polarize people.

Ugh, this degenerate tradition has reached Serbia now as well, has it? Sad to see Europe going to the dogs like this. Once a continent from where Western Civilization sprung from, to now being a circus where artificial equality is forced, yet select people are allowed to parade around because they are gay and apparently proud of it. I wonder if I decided to hold a parade on the grounds that I am straight, Polish, Slavic, white, blonde or whatever else I am, whether the modern liberal elites would immediately label me as a bigot, racist or Neo-Nazi even.

You'll be able to hold you parade as a straight, Polish, Slavic, white, blonde or whatever else you are without being labeled as a bigot, racist or Neo-Nazi even because, fortunately, the rest of the people are not stuck in bigotry like you. Parades like the ones you mentioned happen already without anybody being labeled as a bigot, racist or Neo-Nazi. Just because you're stuck in bigotry, it does not mean the rest of the people are like you.

The gay parade marches are not islolated phenomena but an orchestrated campaign by the EU to interfere in the affairs of other states in the name of “Sex Equality”. This is why Soros and american "NGO´S" are financing the gay parades in countries in Eastern Europe, Russia and the Balkans. It is almost like a designed provocation to native peoples of countries in the Balkan and Caucasus regions since it's well known that the majority of the populations in those countries do no hold such liberal views as far as homosexuality is concerned. The EU did become a police superstate many years ago. You're free to express your opinions as long as they conform with gay/liberal/leftist agenda whose proponents dominate the EU political scene.

I am not a practicing Christian and my views towards homosexuality and its impact on our societies and the double standards the society by giving them privileges like marching to celebrate them being gay have nothing to do with Christianity. It has to do with common sense, conservative views and a strong desire to see traditional values and norms upheld, as I believe this to be a sign of a healthy society, Christianity or not, this doesn't matter.

But these days, all I can say is that political correctness kills common sense, and this can be seen in Western societies in other areas as well, not just the whole "gender" bit.

This is the first POOR COMMENT that I gave you last 2 months. I do not mean Maria as a person but as a key player of the period known as SMUTNOE VREMIA. It was most crucial time for Russia and it happened that she stood in the very center of the events. With the German help in early 17 century the Romanovs has finally seized the state power in Moscow and it had fatal sequences to the whole mankind while Maria seems to be the mother of the last Rurikovich. All the others had been already killed including women and children. Spoiling relations with the Poles was 5% of the catastrophe the coup d’état. Three Germans wrote the history of the whole mankind including that of Russia and Poland.

Maria was a victim and a very important part of that fatal period. At least the New Chronology ( that became my hobby last few years ) says so. I watched multiple TV debates of pro and contra and each time the traditional historcians looked very poor and were unable to explain most things. The edge of 16 and 17 centuries looks like the turning point of the history of the mankind while Mnishek was in the very center of the events. What the traditional history offers us can explain nothing. She fought for the chair relying on the Russians while the Poles were not considered as a hostile force. So the current (4 November) National Unity Day should not smell as a Pole phobic. 500 Poles could never seize Moscow. So the issue of her role is still important.

I am the wrong person to ask about Mniszek or anything surrounding the Times of Troubles. I have read about her somewhere, but it's not anything prominent in Polish literature or something really known here.

I would personally say from what I do know, that she was neither an idiot nor the rightful Tsarina. She seemed to be opportunistic, war-hungry and power-hungry. There were a lot of very obscure Polish actions and personalities in that period in Russia, such as the Lisowscy, the planting of usurpers of the throne and the attempts to Catholicize the population of Russia. It was just a very strange part of our history.

Danilo, traditional countries do not support pride. It is not just a matter of tolerance in Serbia, it is a matter of tolerance of traditional values in the world. New morality has substituted traditional morality.

I will give you an example of how it looks in your Native U.S. On March 17th the Irish Catholic Diaspora, which is very large in Boston and New York City celebrate their patron saint in massive parades and street parties that draw tens of thousands of people. Everyone is invited and welcome to share in the celebration of Irish Catholic culture. The Organizers of the two parades have NEVER excluded anyone, but LGBT groups are boycotting because they are not permitted to have Gay pride exhibitions and are pressuring politicians and sponsers to boycott. Gays are permitted to participate in the activity and they do participate, but the organizers do not want an anticatholic socio-political messages at their saints day party. The Boycott includes the Mayor of Boston (who is Irish Catholic when he needs their vote) Samuel Adams Beer and Guinness International. The Irish Catholics are being punished because they won't allow an anti-catholic message at their Irish Catholic celebration, and suddenly beer companies, miltitant gay activists and politicians who will not let them celebrate in peace are lecturing them on tolerance and morality.

Let’s leave the ugly alone. Instead could you explain me something with Maria Juriewna Mniszek. The dominating German interpretation of the Russian history have too much contradictions and open disinformation. At least the way Mniszek behaved in various situations says that she either was an idiot (that I doubt) or the real Queen of Russia. Her husband(s) seems to be the real and the last Rurikovich as well as her son. Anyway this is the time our relations with the Poles were spoiled forever. Before that Poles took part in all Russian wars including the Kulikovo battle where they fought on the side of Dmitry Donskoy against the other Russian army headed by Tohtamish. Now if you read the official history (at least the Russian version) you will find Mniszek as very risky. Especially after her husband (s) was (were) killed. Any woman would save her small boy and run away. But stayed for another year and behaved as if she knew it for certain that she were the real queen and her son was to head Russia. Also it sounds very strange that hundreds of Cossacks flew away with a fake queen. They were too devoted to their country to believe they could betray. Especially if they were from Voisko Donskoe. Also it’s strange how many transcriptions her name had.

It's funny to see Albanian muslims being the cheer leaders lf gay parades. Why don't you try to hold one in albania?Have your will done first.

Funny how people just make stuff up here to suit their prejudices. Albania, while there hasn't been a parade yet, has public lgbt events and exhibitions without masses of people getting their panties in a twist.

Come to think of it, hate might be traditional around these parts, but it's a tradition that can and should change.

They're trying it in the springtime, rather than the autumn this year. Why not. Doubt it'll make a difference on this annual opportunity for Serbia to show the world its true colors.

Peter Sudyka

Ugh, this degenerate tradition has reached Serbia now as well, has it? Sad to see Europe going to the dogs like this. Once a continent from where Western Civilization sprung from, to now being a circus where artificial equality is forced, yet select people are allowed to parade around because they are gay and apparently proud of it. I wonder if I decided to hold a parade on the grounds that I am straight, Polish, Slavic, white, blonde or whatever else I am, whether the modern liberal elites would immediately label me as a bigot, racist or Neo-Nazi even.

If one is gay, let him be gay, in the privacy of his own home, not on the streets. I find it offensive to have people dangle it in front of you and shove it down your throats (if you pardon the rather crude imagery associated with this analogy - pun not intended either), like at parades like this, in public, for children to see on top of that!

They are very brave people and deserve to have the right to march. Not one person in this world choses to be homosexual, they just are born that way. And if they were not discriminated upon or have fewer righs than the rest of us, they would not have to fight for their recognition.

So?

Does that automatically give you the right to impose your sexual preferences (and private parts) in public places in front of minors and in societies where a majority are against being imposed western perverted lifestyles? Just a coincidense that your patron paying for all this "parade" hullabaloo are Soros and US governmental NGO´s eh?
