EULEX police declared "unwelcome" in northern Kosovo
Local officials in northern Kosovo announced on Wednesday that they "cut off" cooperation with EULEX police and declared their members unwelcome in the north.
You mean 'reasons' like a single Albanian (who, ironically, is a notorious liar and was already spreading lies and provenly false information during the Kosovo war) claiming that a Serb is responsible for some crime, he is arrested and detained for 30 days, like in the case of Ivanovic?

Sorry, but did you get that from reliable sources such as an indictment, or from the prosecution. Or are you taking the word of someone you have discredited before. Seems you have fallen into the trap of all Serbs are innocent due to ethniticity and anyone saying so is absolutely spewing the words of God.
By order of the United Nations Security Council via resolution 1244 you do not have that option and it is the mandate of the international security presence (KFOR) to ensure that EULEX is able to do its job.
One thing is certain, kosovo is not Crimea or Eastern Ukraine with Russians militarised on the border, serbian politician are deffinately flaming the fire

Best indication of the good work, if the criminal elements(bunch of low life fuel smugglers called mayors and such) declare cutting ties with law enforcement. Well done EULEX, hope the population is not bullied and continue to cooperate in wiping out the dead wood from society.
