Former Belgrade city manager detained

The High Court in Belgrade announced on Wednesday that a 30-day detention was ordered for Aleksandar Bijelić, former Belgrade city manager.

Isn't it ironic that one of the claims of abuse of Serbs in the north is the detention for 30 days on arrested persons, but yet that seems to be standard operating procedure in Serbia.
