I think that is the reason courts were created. For everyone that says he is innocent without all the facts there is someone who says he is guilty without all the facts.

Even in the in dependent, multi ethnic, law-abiding state of Serbia they jailed several Albanians from Presheva valley for years under false pretenses. She is not defending a Serb. The witness is so discredited and charges so obviously false that she simply doesn't want her reputation to do down the S bend in front of the whole world.

Hey, what sort of a system is that over ther? I thought they have to have some evidence before they arrest people, well in any civilized country they do. So someone makes a claim and automatically they arrest you.
There is a complaint, police investigate, find some evidence and then and ONLY THEN should a person be arrested. What if they never find evidence to clear him?
Now that he has spent so much time locked up who is going to compensate him?
Maybe only a Serb can be arrested on suspicion alone over there.
