I believe that these days Russia is doing a great thing trying send the mono-polar world into history.
(rote, 12 April 2014 08:39)

Indeed, Russia is helping create a bi-polar world with China and US while Russia retreats into the irrelevance of just fighting with its neighbors, or to use your words, as Russia turns into a "besieged fort" that nobody has intention to waste time and siege.

I pity Putin's dog now that Vlad's strutting space has been reduced to his backyard. Additionally, no more fancy free dinners for Putin in some of Europe's finest restaurants as well.

Now that Putin has been publically humiliated after having been thrown out of Club, what will he try next to restore his dignity, invade the Ukraine. The beady eyed little runt doesn't have the ballocks!

Though I personally tribute nothing to what you mention I appreciate you very much. By the way today is Cosmonautics Day celebrated on April 12 when Gagarin opened the space for the mankind. I believe that these days Russia is doing a great thing trying send the mono-polar world into history. USA showed itself as a bad Godfather. Russia is turned into a sieged fort when even those who are to gain from the new order are spitting and barking at us. In the circumstances even those who sustain from voting against Russia we take as heroes. To say nothing of those who dare to express their direct support.

So I am very grateful for the warm words you found for my country. All who are growing beards in the beginning look like unshaved. We looked as such in 1941-42 when only Britain and Yugoslavia fought on our side while 17 other European countries sent their troops to destroy 80 000 of our towns and villages. But in 1944-45 all of them invented How I Won The War Stories of their own. I bet they will do the same as soon as the truth over Ukraine brakes through. We saw it after the war of 08.08.08. when the west confessed that it was their own son-of-a-bitch to launch the massacre. No consequences and no punishment.

This is not surprising. It only means some Serbs are waking up. In a true democratic country this is a normal occurrence. In USA many times democrats and republicans don't vote same way their party colleagues vote.

You must be unaware that annually my country pays the biggest share to the OSCE funds. They say it is 22 Mln euro.
(rote, 11 April 2014 17:29)

Not just him/her but everybody, except you, is unaware of that for the simple reason that what you said is a flat lie (no surprise there).

Your country's share to the OSCE funds is 9th... Even the tiny Netherlands contributes more than your country. I understand, that's humiliating, but unfortunately we can't change the facts to make you happy in your dreams of grandeur.
----------

And what do we have instead ? US vassals from dozens of states come and bark at us under any pretext. Quite few of them have brains of their own and neither they are free to tell what they think. So the pleasure is very doubtful. This is why they have not expelled us but shut us up. Coz otherwise they would have to return the money back.
(rote, 11 April 2014 17:29)

Which is not a problem at all, since contrary to your dreams of grandeur, your country's contribution is not even 4% of OSCE's funds.

I guess Russia can have a relief not to witness any longer half of the world b*stards in one room.

Rote,

I have never seen you in such an agitated state, did you remember to take your medication this morning. Be that as it may, you must have just realized how impotent you are. Russia will soon be on its knees due to what the West has in store for her. I wii enjoy watching Putin have to climb down from the high horse he has been attempting to mount. Somehow I feel sorry for the little guy even though he is responsible for the mess he has created for himself. However, I believe Russia still has enough vodka for Putin to wash away his humiliation and sorrows.

As for OSCE I am very glad to get rid of such a hypocrisy source. Next I would like us to be excluded from WTO and the ICJ. It will untie our hands not to look back at what they think in Washington.

Rote,

If anyone were to take your advice, they would be shooting themselves in the foot. Apparently, you are upset and speaking out of emotion. It does not appear promising for Russia, as the West's noose begins to tighten. If I were you, I would start hoarding food since the Russian people are about to enter a period of increased austerity, thus, a very severe drop in living standards. btw, Your name has a rather derogatory meaning in Albanian. I thought you would want to know, in the event you visit Albania some day.

The statement added that Ilić voted "without any prior consultations with the party," and that his stance "in no way represents the official position of the URS, which is completely in accordance with the state policy of neutrality when it comes to the crisis in Ukraine."

Ever heard that members of parliament can decide like they want and think it is the right way and don't have to obey any party policy? Or even 'state policy'? The CoE has delegates from different parties from different states, with different opinions. Why would you need MPs at all otherwise? And yes, members from other countries voted in different ways, too, which is perfectly fine.

And 'state policy'? What shall it be? The common idea of the ruling government? And members of opposition parties should be follow this idea, too? Strange idea of democracy.
