Serbian representatives in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) abstained from voting on a resolution on the situation in Ukraine.

Let's just say that Serbia won kosovo back on the basis of international ( which they are fighting to uphold ) which is honourable, to say the least. However, and this is where it defines the serbian psych and political leanings, they still and would not support ukraine no matter the law! The world bodies know this

Bravo! This will piss the EU off even more. I love it. I'd rather be on the side of a strengthening Russia than become a member of a facist run Europe that would bleed Serbia dry.

I don't think your comprehension of the English language is up to snuff. You completely misunderstood the article. The vote was overwhelmingly against Russia, even the majority of Serbs voted against their "brothers".

It took me 5 mins to find the voting results on the official COE website
http://assembly.coe.int/nw/xml/Votes/DB-VotesResults-EN.asp?VoteID=34988&DocID=15080&MemberID=
As you can see, the people who abstained are from different countries, like it should be, because the COE members vote according to their own will, opinion and conscious, like it should be.
Most are from neutral Switerland, some from Finland, Germany, Poland and some other.
And there are even some votes beside from Russians against the resolution.
Another interesting thing might be that resolution to temporarily suspend the voting rights of the Russian delegation and to exclude them from leading bodies because of the disapproved behavior of Russia in Ukraine was backed by some Serbian members of COE, too.

Rock I think the proportion of negative to positive votes, regarding your familiarly ridiculous statement, is indicative of the degree of agreement with your views. Your bellicose hatred is only matched by your flagrant arrogance. No one with any grasp of events in the Balkans believes any of your clap-trap quite simply because it is all fiction and the work of your racist imagination. Serbia, you have always tried to slither your way out, have always tried to portray a different picture for the civilized world, while throwing dirt in their eyes, you are a snake a chameleon, all in one, a very different specimen, having the potential of being a danger to the peace of Europe, one that I think all will now agree, that cannot ever be trusted!!! I know for a fact, many of Serbia's surrounding neighbors will never trust her again! All it will take is the slightest spark & the right moment!!!
