I have to disappoint you. You must be thinking that all who gives you their LIKES or POOR COMMENTS really read the stupid posts. It’s not true. I believe in this forum only 10-15% spend their time for the useless job. Mostly of the same sort runaways from the madhouse like Reader , Rocky , The Cunt of Kosovo, Questioner , Mirel from and other Alboholics. All the rest just give you their POOR COMMENTS even without wasting their time for reading. So my first message is don’t be so optimistic about yourself.

I know you have no job and you need to pump away you complex of inferiority. My compassion but here’s my second message for you – do not touch me if you are not a masochist of course. Otherwise I’ll make a clown out of you and you’ll have to make a rebranding. I guess your current NIC must mean ICJ. If so justice is the only thing Alboholism is treated with. In any case if you have the instinct of self-preservation then get away and exist without being laughed at. I forgive you this last time.

“Gazprom cannot really "impose its will on the continent"

Two days ago reportedly in Donetsk they heard English and Polish speeches of the hired troops delivered here to oppress the Russians. And we all know what role Poland played to light up and keep up the fire in Ukraine. Just think about it ! Since the Legions’ Policy little has changed. Now even if such a rather small country tries to impose it’s will to a bigger state like Ukraine why not Russia can do the same ? We do not invade Europe we do not arrange riots and we do not impose our gas. We just resist the new rules USA is introducing in it’s colonies. They impose their will and we just do the same. It is how the big powers behave these days. I hate it the way you do but we can do nothing and you cannot judge Russia out of the context. Especially after the USA has buried the international law.

Besides you do know that Gazprom is the most reliable supplier last 40 years. Yes it’s a big tool of the foreign policy of Russia. But if you look around you will find how many tools the USA and their vassals use to put us back on our knees. All because the stakes are much higher than Crimea and Ukraine. The World Gendarme regime and the Bretton Wood system are under the threat. So their world of neo-colonialism may ruin like domino someday. This is why the USA are so outraged. Putin was preparing for this but he lacked time for South Stream and other things because of Maidan whose only aim was Russia.

Of course Russia handled Crimea without bloodshed and with a fair referendum, while NATO bombarded Serbian cities, killing innocent civilians and destroying the country's infrastructure. There is no doubt in my mind that Russia did it how it should be done, while NATO's intervention leaves A LOT to be desired.

I was just talking about the principal of the matter, that's all.

And also I am aware that Russia is finishing/has finished a major pipeline to China and in any event can increase their prices to Europe if need be and will not suffer much from Europeans choosing alternative energy sources (which will be much more expensive than Russian has and far more dirty with that horrible US fracking technology) since they have another major market to turn to, so they are definitely in the driving seat, but I still would like to see things remain as they are and not escalate to such drastic changes because of the Ukraine.

Sadly, the Polish and Baltic governments are stoking a fire with their calling to NATO for help and hosting their equipment and provoking Russia, but the thing is that most people are just normal human beings, who want to live life to the best of their ability and not be subjected to the consequences of the idiotic decisions of their government.

I hope that this will not escalate and that Europe and Russia can live in peace with each other and continue business as usual for the benefit of both without the yanks butting in.

You might have noticed that in my comments I pay not much attention to the legislation or other formal details. I try to stick to what I think to be most important. So if we compare the two cases under such an angle I would say that life is given only once and peoples should live it the way they like it. It happened that in Crimea we have population dreaming to join Russia while in Kosovo 90% would prefer to separate from Serbia. Moreover 90% of the mainland Serbia would also prefer never see any Albanian. So as an idea I approve diverse in both cases. So the only issue is how it was done.

In Crimea we did not steal anybody’s lands. We killed no one and we attracted no foreign forces to solve our egoistic problems. Besides Eastern type of Ukrainians are almost Russians and voted as the Russians. We also found a solution with the Taters as the only national minority here. We also spend no efforts or money to improve the life of the people here regardless of their nationality. As you know nothing of the kind has happened in Kosovo. Still I think Albanians should be separated but not the way it was imposed on Serbia. It must be a compromise but not a dictate and twisting hands. The world has changed and changed drastically this March.

Ukraine has been supportive of Serbia's territorial integrity, so why should they now lose credibility of their Kosovo argument by supporting Russia's stance on Crimea and Ukraine in general and stabbing Ukraine in the back? They are doing precisely what they should be doing: not taking sides. This does not mean that it should harm relations with anyone. Yugoslavia had a good principled stance on politics, where they were neutral in the Cold War and part of the Non-Aligned Movement and I personally find it positive that they are keeping to it to this day, rather than being forced to choose East or West.

Also, Gazprom cannot really "impose its will on the continent", because there are only a few countries that rely exclusively on Russian gas (Finland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia), another handful, which get roughly 2/3 - 3/4 of their gas needs from Russia (Greece, Czech Republic and Hungary) and those that get roughly half (Poland, Austria and Slovenia). The rest get anywhere between 0% - 35%, which means that Russia does not have total dominance in the gas market.

Also, Gazprom is a business. While they are a very significant exporter of gas to Europe, they also have that influence, infrastructure and clout thanks to European money that pays for the gas. Europe is rich enough to get their gas from elsewhere and then where else will Russia find such a massive market as Europe?

And all this over the Ukraine? Can't we all just get along?

"Do you honestly believe the vote did not reflect the will of the people? If not where are the protestors?"
(PeaceNOTChaos, 10 April 2014 17:21)

I believe that it reflects the will of the people (the majority), yes.

About the protesters: Do you really think anyone with a sane mind would protest or oppose when 'unidentified military groups' are patrolling int the streets which wear Russian uniforms, move in vehicles with Russian number plates, but don't have Russian insignia on their uniforms? Funny.

Do you think that an independent Kosovo does reflect the will of the people? I think so, too, because Kosovo Albanians are a majority in this territory.

But still, both is a violation of territorial integrity, and the referendum is unconstitutional regarding Ukrainian law, just like a referendum in only Kosovo would be unconstitutional regarding Serbian laws.

Serbia is not neutral on the Ukraine issue but spineless. If Serbia would be really neutral why not even attending the voting in the UNGA when it came to Ukraine's territorial integrity? Only because of one reason: You are cowards. You can't oppose Russia because Putin has you on your balls. But you can vote in favor of Russia because you would contradict your own stance in Kosovo. But by doing none of both, you already contradict yourself, exposing that you are not only hypocritical but also spineless.

Do you honestly believe the vote did not reflect the will of the people? If not where are the protestors? Let's face the facts, Russia had to ensure security of Crimea during the referendum vote because every idiot on the planet knows the coup imposed government in Kiev would have used all means necessary including the use of force to prevent the people from expressing their free will. Just as we are seeing now in Donetsk. What Russia did SAVED lives. Unlike what the west did in Kiev. Which is pretty much the norm wherever they intervene. Their democracy is death, destruction, chaos & depression as all can see. Whereas Russian democracy is peaceful happy and celebratory. I think Serbia will gain little by remaining on two chairs at a time. There’s a Russian film called СВОЙ СРЕДИ ЧУЖИХ , ЧУЖОЙ СРЕДИ СВОИХ. Before the last Presidential I believed Toma to be more decisive. Russia can give no Schengen visas but it can pump into Serbia more money than the rotten Union Serbia is dreaming of. My last hope to help Serbia turn eastward is Ukraine. Very soon the Nazi idiots will help Gazprom impose it’s will on the continent. Then it will become very important who stood by our side when we needed it most. Just like during WW2 when only two European countries stood by our side from the very beginning when it was utmost vital for us. As you know those were Britain and Yugoslavia. All the rest joined us in the suburbs of Berlin.

"Russia has taken a resolute stance to protect its people and its interest, and I believe that it should remain on the path of resolving the issue diplomatically through dialogue," stressed Nikolić.

Funny how Nicolic can contradict himself in one single sentence. But he's right, Russia protected its interest in Crimea, by military occupation and annexing the region. Does he think this was diplomatically through dialogue or why does he say 'remain on the path'?

But I can understand him, he cannot make the Russian masters angry though they left the 'principled stance' of territorial integrity which was oh-so important in the Kosovo case.

I think the above needs no additional comments about who is being laughed at. Have a good day, mate...
