Give it up already. Everyone else recognized the title change of your nation, no more "FRY", Just "RS". Ipso facto, makes this part of 1244/1299 whatever you call it, null and void, forever and ever to the end of time.

Now here we have someone who doesn't read the resolution but skims through it to find parts to try and prove their point. You have to read the entire resolution to put it into perspective.
"a.Promoting the establishment, pending a final settlement, of substantial autonomy and self-government in Kosovo, taking full account of annex 2 and of the Rambouillet accords (S/1999/648);"
Note 'pending a final settlement'
and
"e.Facilitating a political process designed to determine Kosovo's future status, taking into account the Rambouillet accords (S/1999/648);"
and the Rambouillet accords state.
"an international meeting will be convened to determine a mechanism for a final settlement on Kosovo"
Note this does not say "agreed to by Serbia" nor the UNSC, it does not specify who is part of this international meeting. But considering that more than half of the countries of the UNGA have recognized Kosovo as an independent country would satisfy the terms of Rambouillet, that a final settlement has been reached.

Res. 1244 does actually say it, in classical legal terms - quoting from the text of the resoultion: "Reaffirming the commitment of all Member States to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia ... Reaffirming the call in previous resolutions for substantial autonomy and meaningful self-administration for Kosovo" - so it foresees that Kosovo should be granted wide autonomous powers INSIDE the Serbian state!

"If there is an army of Kosovo than Resolution 1244 is in question, since it states that Kosovo is a part of Serbia, so the UNSC will then have to give an opinion on it," he said.

This guy is hopeless... He deals with Kosovo and has not read Resolution 1244, yet. That resolution states nowhere that "that Kosovo is a part of Serbia".

UNSC1244 is such an important document, it would be nice if one, just one Serb would actually read it before quoting what it says. Have yet to find a single Serb that does not say it says things that are not even there.

nice thought, but I don't think is going to happen... if the reality does not match what a Serb has in his/her head, then common Serb practice is to create a virtual reality that matches the reality in his/her head. The reality has to adapt; not a Serb's thoughts :)

so, since UNSCR 1244 does not state that "Kosovo is Serbia" but in a Serb's head the UNSCR 1244 states that, then a virtual UNSCR 1244 is created which states that "Kosovo is Serbia" so finally this new virtual reality matches what a Serb has in his/her head.

Truth be told

I can't figure out if you are deceiving your self or your people. It's very obvious the Vucic administration will recognize the indenpendence of the Republic of Kosovo.
Please let the madness end. Tell the truth.
