I’ve tried reasoning with your Albanians but they are brainwashed and can only take small bites at a time – TV does destroy your brains. There is no point in using logic because if your lot does not see it in the media it does not exist.
(sj, 3 April 2014 07:15)

Yeah, I agree, not just the Albanians but almost everybody is so ignorant and brainwashed that fails to understand your teachings. But as I've said in the past, as your most trusted admirer in these forums (indeed I've made a lot of money from your teachings), I'll do everything possible to spread those teachings worldwide so everybody can see their immense value. I'm sure we'll succeed in that endeavor in this life or in the next one.

When it comes it will be much like the Ukraine incident – its will happen overnight so enjoy Kosova while you can.
(sj, 3 April 2014 07:15)

So, I guess the Kosovars will just enjoy until that time comes... Again, an excellent advice, as always. I guess, they are better off (or less worse off) anyway by being independent from Serbia for X years, then 0 years, where X > 0.

Yes that right Kosova is the power house of Europe and its ability to sustain itself is even clear to the blind. Just keep on thinking like that if it makes you feel warm and cosy. But there are more cuts on the ways as the EU further tightens its belt.
I have been saying that the west is on the way out since 2008 not 2011 and now it’s evident that even you can see (that’s if you area able to do that). Why do you think the west is crying over Crimea???? What because of freedom and democracy? No it’s because the Russians can now operate freely at Europe’s backdoor – why has Romania been crying to Brussels? It fears that the current regime will be toppled once Russia wants it to happen.

so within 3 years you expect me to be in a cave in Albania? OK, you bookmark this thread, as will I, and if we're lucky enough to be alive in 3 years, we'll talk then. I've been posting on this site since about 2011, and ever since I remember, you have been writing that Serbia will take over soon enough. 3 years have passed since 2011 and nothing's happened. so let us give it 3 more years

sj

pre 10 godina

so you can't give me a time frame eh? will you be alive to see it do you think?
(Nikolle, 2 April 2014 10:23)
Try next 3 years. What do you think that the US of Piss and Wind will be there to look after you? they are finished mate anmd that’s all that is left – hot air. Russia and China are taking over, but loved reading how the Windbags are going to build a base in the Phillipines again to counter act China’s agressive expansion. The Chinese response was the US will have to loage a loan application with Bejing first to build it.
The power structure is now changing very fast. The stupid Australian Government decided to put sanctions on Russia so Moscow now has banned the import of all meat products from Australia. You shoul;d have seen the Minister’s face when he announced Moscow’s ban.
I hear there are very nice caves going cheap in the moutains of Albania. Oh I forgot, how mnay industries have the west relocated to Kosova? Lol, LOL. They are doing just that in serbia, but its funny how even the Germans are refusing to open up any industries in where Albanians live such as Presavo Valley – not even your allies like you guys.

As predicted that the west is nothing but a bunch of windbags and a new power is emerging that will dismember the EU and that power is very friends with Serbia so will your time come to find a nice cave in Albania. Don’t be too hasty, sunshine.

While Serbs are getting beat up, harassed and their property damaged its fine, but when a Serb suggests retaliation then she/he is a Nazi. Nice does not pay in the long run as nearly 1 million dead Serbs (WW2) prove that theory.
Why would Serbs establish camps? Its much easier to move the Albanians to Albania and let them prosper in their country not Serbia’s land.
The Germans are masters of nothing any more. Ask little Angela why she refused to endorse any more sanctions against Russia? The west’s time is OVER.
Out of 4.2 million people in Croatia 200 000 are other ethnic groups, while there are 4 million Croats and about 50 000 are not Ustashi while the rest and Josipovic are just that. To the Croats all I can say if they don’t settle this refugee business quickly what’s coming is a total dismemberment of Croatia with Istria, Dalmatia and other parts going their way – it’s already started. These Croat clowns hate Serbs but beg RS in Bosnia to protect them, in fact at one stage they even asked to join with RS – can anyone imagine this?
For too long Serbs have been nice and carried Croats. Slovenes, Macedonians and Bosniaks on their backs and all they ever got was a knife in their back.

sj

pre 10 godina

how soon are we talking about here?
(Nikolle, 31 March 2014 10:30)

No my little Albanian it’s not too soon. There are very few can see how the geopolitical situation is changing, but then it does not surprise since the vast, vast majority rely on western media and their unlimited capacity for producing BS. To quote a line out of one movie where Sean Connery’s character’s was asked whether he preferred the US or Russia, he said that Russia is just as corrupt as the US but with a lot less BS.
You do recall how you guys carried on at anyone who dared talk about a bankrupt US or west. Well lad, it’s here in front of you and if you can’t see the Emperor naked then keep on dreaming and keep on harassing and beating up Serbs because what’s to come is not going to be pleasant and the world will turn their heads and not watch.
Hope you have a nice cave picked out in Albania.

Russia won't punish Serbia because Serbia won't slap sanctions on Russia.

Russia is helping Serbia justify its position regarding sanctions. Serbia now has a very good reason not to comply with western demands and the west should understand that Serbia cannot afford to go against our strong economic partner and our brothers.

Well played by Putin.

Learn to speak Russian as the new masters of Europe take over. To Albos in Kosovo enjoy it while you can, beat as many Serbs as you like because these same Serbs you harass and persecute now will soon be your new prison guards.
(sj, 30 March 2014 23:53)

Russians as masters with Serbian as wingmen. You would like to put all Albos in Kosovo in camps. Only Russian speakers will prosper. Anyone who disagrees with your view will be labelled a Nazi.
Do you actual listen to yourself? have you said this out loud to anybody and do they agree with you. Do you know what a Nazi is?

As an experiment lets switch Russian for German and Albanian with Jew, would you agree if someone said the following
Learn to speak German as the new masters of Europe take over. To Jews, enjoy it while you can, beat as many people as you like because these same people you harass and persecute now will soon be your new prison guards.

How about now, what would you think if a Croat said this to you. I wonder what you would say if Ivo Josipovic said this?

Serbia definitely will join the sanctions. It's stridently pro west.
(Brian, 28 March 2014 23:11)

As a prognosticator you would starve, but as a funny propagandist you at least make me laugh.
Let’s put this into perspective. Joining sanctions is being pushed by the United States of Windbags whose mouth is bigger than reality on the ground. The Serbian people will never agree to this as they are not like Albanians who are a weak-willed people.
It’s more a dilemma for politicians in Belgrade because they fear that they will not get paid if they don’t obey a de-flunked master who raves, rants and like Adolph in his last days as Germany’s leader “moves divisions” that have long surrendered.
No its not going to happen. By the way it was not Putin that called Obama, as Washington likes to brag, but the other way around since sanctions are not working and most of the EU will go no further on that ground.
Learn to speak Russian as the new masters of Europe take over. To Albos in Kosovo enjoy it while you can, beat as many Serbs as you like because these same Serbs you harass and persecute now will soon be your new prison guards.

(rote, 28 March 2014 21:12)

Yes, indeed, dear... All Russia has to do is throw some bones (like the above) and the Serbs will immediately consider Russia as "brother".

However, when time comes for action, Russia could not care less about the interests of the Serb "brothers"... there are plenty of examples:

- Russia did not veto UNSCR 1244 despite the pleadings of the Serb brothers;
- Russia withdrew its soldiers from Kosovo when Vladimir came to power, instead of protecting the Serbs there whom, we're told, suffer every day from Albanians killing, torturing, raping, mutilating them;
- Russia supports Serbia with words, but when it comes to actions, Russia supports Kosovo's cause, instead (see Georgia in 2008 and Ukraine now).

@Zoran

An independence referendum was held in Kosovo September 1991 over the objection of the Serbian government.

Following the vote, the Assembly of Kosovo. which was still functioning at that time, declared Kosova a sovereign and independent state. No country took any notice at that time as they were concentrating on the issue of recognition of "the constituent republics". The status of the province of Serbia was not even on the table.

Over 99% of voters voted in favour of independence, with a turnout of 87%.[1] The referendum was boycotted by Serbs living in the region, who comprised around 10% of the population.[1]

Russian President Vladimir Putin told the Serbian leadership that if they succumb to pressure from the EU to ask Belgrade to immediately repay the debt of close to one billion euros for Russian gas, but also to compensate for the damage that Russia has suffered due to delay work on the South Stream and they might even suspend the free trade agreement!
If they were our brothers they would have not done that! If we impose sanctions against them it'll not affect them at all, they just want to threaten us! Russia is evil, so is the west! No one is leaving Serbia alone!!

As the only Russian on this forum I appreciate all Serbs that advocate us day after day. You cannot imagine how often Serbia and your tragic fate is discussed in Russian mass media. Especially over the TV channels where every day they remind of the Barbarian bombings of KiM robbery , of hypocrisy championship around Serbia , of what we made wrong , of Otpor type b*ustards to control Russia in 1999 of demonizing the bravest people on the continent ect. Be sure nothing is wiped off in our memories despite CNN and it’s fifth columns in all countries. They can buy the elites but they cannot buy our peoples.

Serbia will be raped day after day as soon as you yield to their pressure. I think EU is bluffing and it’s time for Serbia to put terms. If only you hint on the Custom’s Union Brussels will be in panic. Then you will see that very often ultimatums in diplomacy are just the last demands before the first concessions. Serbia is the only state in Europe the Russians feel shame and response. All because we afforded to be colonized in 1999 and were unable to help you. In Europe Serbians and Montenegrins are the friendliest people for us and the Russians know it very well. Despite the us fed monteegrin otporian jukans I believe you are one people. Just like Ukrainians and Russians.

Aleks

pre 10 godina

I won't go as far as to say Russians are our brothers. Russians, as in everyday people, sure. I think Russians view Serbia very favorably and are for helping them and vice versa. During the 1999 NATO bombing Russian citizens overwhelmingly supported Serbia in ways they could. Not militarily obviously, although some Russian volunteer fighters came to help. Many just offered support, some sent money, clothing, food, etc...some were even for Russian intervention.

Are Russians our brothers politically? Politics is a dirty word, and while politically the 2 countries are close I wouldn't call it brotherhood. Politically, you can always have an instance where certain interests deviate from 'brotherhood'.

If I were Serbia, I would tell them to go pound sand on the sanctions. Under NO TERMS will it ever be allowed. Serbia would have to be crazy to ever agree to it. It's like a gestapo, I don't like them so you don't like them or I will punish you. I would feel the same if Russia told Serbia to impose sanctions on the US/EU. Why should Serbia's economy suffer? Why should they be an even bigger lap dog?

Let me also say that I detest everything you stand for, not because you support Albanians (I do too, and I support Serbs as well, all the best to all of them) but because you're a simpleton fanatic, and as all fanatics you need to pass everything through your polarizing filter, where everything becomes black and white, good or evil, and where there's no room for tolerance or opposing views. Serbia is expected to show 'character' by taking a stance on this subject.Only it can't afford to do so.
If it decides to show support for Putin then by doing so it indirectly ackowledges the unilateral declaration of independence by Kosovo and will jeopordize its short term chances of becoming a fully fledged EU member and possibly a lot more.
Should it show empathy for the situation in Ukraine then you can bet your life that Putin will be disappointed and the historical ties between Serbia and Russia will receive a severe, and maybe even an irreparable, blow.
This is a testing moment for Vučić and his newly formed government and a decision either way will have severe consequenses.
It is time to keep our heads cool and to avoid the temptation into making rash decisions just because the pressure is on.
It may pay to take a page out of Tito's book and keep a neutral position by offering to negotiate between the two sides.
This way Serbia will keep 'face' and will also earn kudos for taking the initiative.

(Comm. Parrisson, 28 March 2014 14:25)

The reality is joining the European Union automatically means any laws the Serbian government makes regarding domestic economy can easily be thwarted by unelected central institutions in Brussels. At a time when the UK is on its way out, and millions of people all throughout the EU want the same, it is literally insane for Serbia to want to join now.

You talk about outflow of capital, but this is exactly what's been happening in southern Europe. The EUro prison for southern Europe has led to economic catastrophe in places such as Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal etc.

Because the reality is this: the EU is taking steps to become a much more integrated union in all aspects. But such an extensive union with advanced economies such as Germany's, will NEVER work out with the economies of southern and eastern Europe. It's impossible to have all these countries which are in different positions within the economic cycle, and to tie them all together with one interest rate, one economic and financial policy, one currency etc.

The worst part of all of this, the EU will never accept Serbia in a billion years. It's so beyond the realm of possibility and as long as Serbia continues to sacrifice itself to join this outdated, antidemocratic union, it will never see prosperity.

Commie, Russia is protecting its Orthodox brothers in Ukraine and prepared to intervene militarily to prevent those EU/US backed far-right extremists, who are Catholics, from ceasing Russian friendly regions.

As for international law, sovereignty and what not, do you think Serbians have a belief in that after the US/EU and NATO disregarded it in 1999 during its aggression against Serbia? As for Russia's support for Serbia, it is still there regardless of its actions in Crimea and there is no reason for that to change. If you checked the votes at the UN last night, you can see the BRICS are supporting Russia and it is not isolated.

As is normal with the EU and US, they have to apply pressure, blackmail and threats against smaller nations to get compliance, which is against their natural will.

Unfortunately, the Serbian politicians will succumb to the US/EU. We just do not have anyone with guts. The Russians want to make us an energy hub, they have given us I believe, 2 billion in loans, we have access to any military equipment we want, all in all, we have Russian support. What did we receive from the EU/US? A bombing to oblivion. They have taken Kosovo away from us and are looking forward to dismantling Serbia totally. Yet, the corrupt cowards will give in at the demise of the nation. If it comes to destroying Serbia at gunpoint, then just invite the Russian in. Russia is the only country who would save Serbia in a LIFE or DEATH situation as it has proven in its past. Serbia would not exist today if Russia did not intervene militarily when it's survival was on the line. Bomb us! We won't turn on Russia. Not ever! Then, please enlighten us readers how 'economic works'? From my point of view, it works like that: Companies go and invest in countries where they find preferable conditions, which can be various things: (Low) taxes, educated workforce, good infrastructure, strategic position/location, low corruption and so on. But what is important most is reliability, continuity in politics and safety of investments. Guess why there's a huge outflow of capital from Russia now: Because after Putin's Russia started to steal Ukrainian property and companies or block their production, nobody can feel safe in this country.

Regarding Serbia: Joining the EU itself won't make Serbia prosper, but fulfilling the requirements and adopting to basic standards and rules will help the economy for sure.

Even the Russian support of Serbia in the Kosovo case you can forget about now that Russia officially took the stand that the will of the population is more important than international law, bilateral treaties, sovereignty of countries and invulnerability of existing borders.

Serbia can't have it both ways. It has to make up its mind which way it wants to go. Serbia has to prove to the West now that it wants to be part of it, and that also means that it supports what the rest of the EU is doing. If it fails to do so, the negotiations might as well be stopped right now, because the EU will remember that for a very long time, and any hopes to become a member of the EU by 2020 might as well be forgotten. if you want to be part of the EU, you have to also support their policy. You're completely right. Serbia should take a stand. Why join a union that will cripple Serbia economically. The EU is one giant failure and the only people who are keeping it afloat are the German tax payers. This will become overwhelming even for the German economy to manage because a common union between advanced northern European economies and impoverished eastern and southern Europe will NEVER work.

So of course Serbia should say no to the EU. It doesn't make sense economically. And politically, all we have are the same blood thirsty, warmongering Germans who are repaying their Nazi allies (Albanians, Croats and Bosnians) for their unwavering loyalty in WWII.

This should come to no surprise. The EU is running out of conditions for Serbia. They are surprised at how low the Serbian gov't continues to stoop and are finding themselves having to think of new conditions because obviously the EU does not intend for Serbia to ever join its club.

As much of a blessing in disguise that is, (economically, the EU would further ruin Serbia) there are still a handful of Serbs in Serbia who are so blind to the reality on the ground that they will continue to support appeasement because they are convinced this is somehow linked to a path of prosperity.

These are people who have no idea how economics works, and believe that governments (and in this case foreign governments) will create wealth and success in Serbia. They need to arrive to the 21st century.

What you describe is your personal wet dream for EU policy towards Serbia. Then there is an actual policy. Don't confuse them.

- Russia did not veto UNSCR 1244 despite the pleadings of the Serb brothers;
- Russia withdrew its soldiers from Kosovo when Vladimir came to power, instead of protecting the Serbs there whom, we're told, suffer every day from Albanians killing, torturing, raping, mutilating them;
- Russia supports Serbia with words, but when it comes to actions, Russia supports Kosovo's cause, instead (see Georgia in 2008 and Ukraine now).

Any hopes that the EU will tollerate anything else are illusionary. Make up your mind, and that also includes dropping any demands on Kosovo, and finally face reality.

(Ari Gold, 28 March 2014 11:23)

Ari Gold

pre 10 godina

@Zoran

Slovenes, Macedonians and Bosniaks on their backs and all they ever got was a knife in their back.

so you can't give me a time frame eh? will you be alive to see it do you think?

I’ve tried reasoning with your Albanians but they are brainwashed and can only take small bites at a time – TV does destroy your brains. There is no point in using logic because if your lot does not see it in the media it does not exist.
When it comes it will be much like the Ukraine incident – its will happen overnight so enjoy Kosova while you can.

Welcome to the EU, where individual foreign policy among second-rate countries is curtailed, and free thinking is prohibited.

Serbia should tell the EU to pound salt, od je6i, etc.

Second, Russia should occupy Denmark for a while just for fun, why?1)for it's provocative actions in the Baltics and 2) they are an arrogant nation who are getting too big for it's britches.

Tito was not Serb!
(Mirel from Albania, 28 March 2014 16:01)

Exactly, and majority of Serbs loved him and accepted him.
Could the same thing happen in Albania, Croatia or anywhere ele?
Just goes to show how decent and tolerant Serbs are.
They were also stupid to trust Tito but that won't happen again.

Well played by Putin.

how soon are we talking about here?

As predicted that the west is nothing but a bunch of windbags and a new power is emerging that will dismember the EU and that power is very friends with Serbia so will your time come to find a nice cave in Albania. Don’t be too hasty, sunshine.
But I imagine you’re in Pristina Florida USA rather than Kosovo.

Marko

pre 10 godina

Tell the west to pay us compensation for the damage Serbia will suffer due to Russia's punishment for Serbia after Serbia imposes sanctions so we impose these sanctions! We can't afford doing that otherwise........

so within 3 years you expect me to be in a cave in Albania? OK, you bookmark this thread, as will I, and if we're lucky enough to be alive in 3 years, we'll talk then. I've been posting on this site since about 2011, and ever since I remember, you have been writing that Serbia will take over soon enough. 3 years have passed since 2011 and nothing's happened. so let us give it 3 more years

So, I guess the Kosovars will just enjoy until that time comes... Again, an excellent advice, as always. I guess, they are better off (or less worse off) anyway by being independent from Serbia for X years, then 0 years, where X > 0.
