A delegation of the U.S. European Command and Ohio National Guard has visited the Serbian Army base Jug near Bujanovac, and met with Serbian military officials.

Really, the comment was made more to just unnerve our fellow Albanian posters who keep thinking Souther Serbia will be theirs. In truth, there isn't much to like about 'fallin in line' with the wests vision for how Serbian life should be. I'm not for Serbia in the EU either. However, when political pressure and economic pressure is applied with threats of isolation it puts a kink in things. I'm not a sitting head in the Serbian government so I can't turthfully say how or what I would do.

As of the idiot who says the Serbs building a base there are a provocation to Albanians? You're truly a moron. It's Serbia, and they are building a base IN Serbia. You feel it's a provocation? Leave.

The Serbs played a smarter game here. With that base, and that kind of cooperation with the US, the Albanians will never be able to annex that land into Kosovo. They don't have the majority vote to do it anyway, but stirring up the pot like they did with Kosovo would probably not be successful like in the past.

They havn't played a clever game,the Serbs should not be working with the US un any way,these are the people who have the blood of Serbs on their hands,its looking more a more by the day that Serbs have put the white flag up,it didn't have to be that way,they could and should move closer to Russia,for one thing Serbia would never be bombed again by those Nato fascists.

This serbian army base is nothing but a deliberate provocation to albanians living in serbia. Serbia has the intention to get albanians out of serbia but they will not suceed like they never did.
