What you say is true but you have to remember the election, at that time it was Dacic's say WHO would be in charge at first they were in negotiations with DS and that would have been the winning party but they could not offer the prime minister to Dacic as the #1 because SNS had the presidency and that would have actually made SPS the number one party. SNS could offer him the position and not lose face because they had the presidency and the other major cabinets.
If Tadic had won you would have seen the same thing in reverse, DS would be in power today. So on the surface it seems illogical but underneath it makes sense. Do you think that IF Dacic and Vucic had swapped places without an election that SPS would have remained content and not broke the coalition which may have cost SNS the support they have today. Just like sports if you are winning then your stands are full of fans, IF you cannot make the plays, they go to the neighboring stadium.

"For the strongest party - the Government, the Prime Minister ... So, SNS must have maximum power, and in proportion to that, the most responsibility. That's normal, and those are the rules. "

It's normal, yes, but obviously it is not the rule in Serbia. Remember that guy called Mr.Dacic who has been prime minister against this 'rule' (and against any common sense)?

I would be glad if the new SNS-led government will 'deliver' and have the power and courage to take strong actions against all kind of lobbyists to reform the Serbian state and society. And after some hard years, the situation for Serbia and the Serbian people will eventually improve to (east) European standards and average.

For the strongest party - the Government, the Prime Minister ... So, SNS must have maximum power, and in proportion to that, the most responsibility. That's normal, and those are the rules. This election race was one of the dirtiest so far, because the main goal of most parties was to discredit Vucic and SNS. But one should never underestimate people, and his memory. Most people still have hopes for Vucic, because he is the only politician who takes care about what he promised. This call of Vucic just shows that he is responsible and rational leader, who needs to know what other leaders think and expect.
