on the one hand he says that the courts haven't convicted anyone yet on the ohter he says that the courts must remain independent of the Government. So what is the government supposed to do, pressure the courts to convict? He can't have it both ways. It is going to take a lot of time to reform the judiciary, and there will be times when it does not look independent.
