CPJ condemns blocking of news websites in Russia

We all know that the Committee to Protect Journalists is on the right side of history. The Nazi to overthrow the legal government of Ukraine and shoot both at the police and the demonstrates are on the same side of history. This is why the Committee kept silent when killer oligarchs here monopolized all the Ukrainian mass media. The Committee also kept blind eye when in Ukraine they switched off all the Russian TV channels to prevent Nazi from their Goebbels disinformation campaign. But now the Committee is worried about the OTPOR type Russian traitors that must also be on the same right side. We live in times that are called PERIOD OF MILITARY THREATS. So it’s evident why Russia is cleaning the mass media. Yanks do it each time they bring democracy on the wings of their bomber-fighters. But Russia needs no 5-th Column fed with it’s rival’s grants. In peace time nobody cares of the west-minded people to enjoy some 2-3% of support. But wartime is wartime. So they are shut down. God bless America for I must say that although B92 is also on the right side of history it behaves rather correct and it would have no problems in Russia.

Certainly not in the West. There are only countries that are good at giving you an illusion of having such a freedom, and those that are not so good.

And then to think there are still people, like Serbs (Dveri) and Ukrainians especially, who would love to see their countries become part of Putin's repulsive and distorted vision f how the world should be.
How glad I am to be living in a country where we can (still) write whatever we like about whoever we like without fear of having our heads kicked in.

I think the west should mobilize and destroy Russia once and for all wich is threatning democratic values and peace. Russia is also made up of occupyed territories who wants freedom.

Europe and North America is the only continents wich have peace and prosperty where people live good lives. Who is Russia to threaten countrys wich want to be a part of that?

I think Russia should mobilize and destroy the US once and for all which is threateing democratic values and peace.
You see, it's the US of A which has been at war somewhere every day since WW2, NOT RUSSIA.
It's the US of A which is deposing elected governments and installing their own puppet regimes around the world NOT RUSSIA.

What a democracy the US is.

Why condemning? Dictators and autocrats like to do that, whenever something is said against their politics. They don't allow opposition. Nothing special, Mullah Erdogan of Turkey is doing the same, arresting journalists, blocking website. He's so crazy he even wanted to block Twitter and Facebook.

Our dear friend rote is a perfect example about how most Russians think... And it's hard to blame rote or them. Russians, for almost a century now, have lived in a state where if the leader were to say that aliens are conspiring to occupy Russia, they would immediately believe it and mobilize the fight the aliens without questioning it. What the leader (Lenin, Stalin, Putin, etc) says is true - the critical thinking and the test of logic are alien things for our dear friend rote and his/her compatriots.

Wade they enjoy peace and prosperity because they sow the seeds of conflict everywhere else. Let's just look at a brief list of democratic interventions....Yugoslavia,Iraq ,Syria,Egypt, Afghanistan,and now Ukraine. Looks like you are a lost cause they've successfully brainwashed you. You see, it's the US of A which has been at war somewhere every day since WW2, NOT RUSSIA.
