Right-wing movement rejects policy of "neutrality"

Don't worry Rocky, the only extremist movements in Serbia with high degrees of popularity are operating in Pristina, the capital of its occupied southern province.

Unfortunately, (almost) every country has those groups. May they be called Dveri, Svoboda, or Vetëvendosje!

Dveri, go to Russia and live there. We (Serbs) want to be Serbs, not Russians. Those ex-commies have done nothing to help Serbia, nothing but offer a veto in the UN. And where has the price of that gotten Serbia, no where. Dveri, I am happy you will get little support at the polls. You should get zero support, but some Serbs are still sick in the head, and cannot cope with reality. The mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Sure there is, that's what the DSS is always talking about - no EU membership, no NATO membership, good relations with all states including Russia.

Incredible that Obradevic can on the one hand say;
"In these elections we are choosing between those who have been lying and stealing for 24 years, and Dveri,"

and in the same breath proclaim;
"Another choice that will be made is between the EU and NATO, and Russia."

As if Russia is clean from Liers, cheaters and cleptomaniacs. Really???

I am disapointed that Dveri have learned all the wrong lessons from the past. We don't need war, or alliance with anyone. We can be a neutral fortress bridge joing all friendly nations, we don't need to be punted around and torn apart by the great powers anymore.

No man is an island and no country can claim neutrality now. Wake up.

Dveri are more like a socialist party. Their economic platform is clearly leftist. Hence they can not be called a right wing platform. Why they are is because many in Serbia have problems with identifying what really left and right mean.

In 1999 we were bombed and destroyed by former allies and only recieved moral support from Orthodox people, but no government helped us. A chunk of our country has been torn out, and no one in the UN cares. over a hundred countries have recognized the illegal apartheid state on direct orders from Washington and Brussells.

A generation has passed since the war in Croatia, and no one cared to make the return of 300,000 refugees to Croatia a condition for joining the EU. Even Russia has maintained good relations with Croatia.

On one day they have Thompson Ustasa concerts, On the next they are being congratulated by the European powers for joining the EU.

As you can see, we don't owe anyone a thing and yet we are surronded by the EU thugs millitarily and economically, and we have to trade with them or be completely isolated.

I don't even trust Serbia's government, so how could I trust a foriegn "allied" government? They are not going to break their back to help little Serbia beyond their own interests. That was proven to us in 1999. That was proven to Georgia by the US in 2008.

neutrality is absolutely the only thing we can do to survive and maintain our diginity.

No one's going to move their banking fortune to Serbia, Marko. no one.

The only reason they can have some neturality is because they have the wealth of other nations there.

Now being betrayed by our allies from previous wars is also a ridiculous statement. We have not been betrayed by Russia and that tells me that Russia is a constant and we should be allied to Russia.

English speaking world is not loyal to each other when thier interests are importnat enough. We all know that, but if you want to stay in one peace then you can argue that our loyalty should also change according to our iterests. Again, this tells us that we need to allign ourselves with a stronger power if we are to survive but being neutral will never be a good thing for us.

We are simply too small, weak and insignificant to have the luxury like Switzerland does.

How could you be against that, no one in the world would be against that?

I'm not "against that". I just know that, well, the problem with that whole picture is Serbs. There's no way that Serbs could get it together to become a place like Switzerland. Not in 50 years, not in 200. Sorry bud. Don't mean to rain down on your dream.

in 1815 switzerland had mountians and cows. 200 years later they are a world banking center. How did they get rich? they stayed out of war fighting, set up banks and lent people money to fight wars in other places and then with the profits they bought things up cheap at wars end.

As far as being a small country Serbia is twice as big as Switzerland, there is no reason why we can't do what they did.

Danilo I agree that no one will move their wealth into Serbia if we keep geting into wars between the East and West. Serbia needs to establish neutrality and stability, to become a certian place to secure wealth. For that we need to grow things, build things, design things and transport things all the while aggressively soliciting business and carefully avoiding conflict. How could you be against that, no one in the world would be against that?
