Serbs have such insecurities when it comes to history. The truth is that so-called medieval Serbia was a place populated by incoming Slavic and Turkic (Bulgars, Cumans, Magyars) tribes who mixed up with the local Illyrian-Thracian (Albanian) tribes.

The concept of nationalism started in the 19th century, there was no ethnicity and no Serbian nation in the 13-14th centuries! There were various tribes and principalities who at times united and other times fought each other. Their union mostly came through religion and the Orthodox church often united all these different tribes and ethnic groups. The orthodox churches in Kosovo don't belong to neither Serbs nor Albanians exclusively, they belong to all and are part of Kosovo's heritage.

As for artifacts? Why did the Serbian army storm the museum in Prishtina and steal artifacts which to this day are still in Belgrade. Among them artifacts that predate the Slav incursion into the Balkans? Why do it if you are secure about you being original inhabitants in Kosova?

So all you have is what can fit into a small part of a museum?
That's it? No more? You don't have any nistory books, photos of these treasures on some database?
You are so ridiculous it's not funny.

Funny that so many different people managed to "colonize" Kosovo even though you are a majority.

--Africa was colonized for a long long time. Last time I checked they are still Africans. Serbia has tried to exterminate us, as your question alludes, but we have managed to form the right alliances at crucial times to secure our survival. Our will for survival has been stronger than your extermination actions. It will remain that way.

Africa, Americas, Asia and Serbia have all been colonized.

A lot of orthodox churches in Kosova are not serbian. Bulgarians built churches in Kosova too. There is nothing serbian about Kosova. You should come visit and see how serbian it actually is. Dont for get travel documents.

"Historically Kosova is more Ottoman-Turkish than Serbian. Serbs first colonize Kosova in 13th century, until 200 years later when Turks colonize Kosova for 500 hundred years. Serbs then colonize Kosova again for 87 years. Now we are free in Kosova!"

"UEFA announced that it would show no tolerance toward clubs whose fans drag politics into sport and express racism. However, it remains unclear how the announced fine of EUR 70,000 might support this position."

What is unclear with that? The slogan "Say no to racism, say yes to Kosovo" is surely dragging politics into Sport, and 'saying yes to Kosovo' has no connection to 'no to racism'.

Though, on the other hand, you could argue if you say 'yes to Kosovo', you could support the ethnic discrimination/racism against ethnic minorities that is imminent in this independent, multi-ethnic dream state. So, a better slogan would have been 'Say yes to Kosovo, say yes to ethnic discrimination'

There is no such word as 'Kosova.' In fact it's even underlined red by spell check. How ironic is that! Kosovo is a Serbian word for a Serbian province. If you're going to steal somebody else's land, at least have the decency to invent your own name. The bastardisation of historically Serbian place names across Kosovo doesn't detract from the fact that they were never originally conceived of as Albanian towns and cities. You can burn their churches, demolish their cemeteries, and drive their people out, but you can never destroy their soul or the essence of their land.

Dont worry, we will call it Illyria or Dardania soon.
