The March 16 Serbian parliamentary elections will be held in Kosovo in accordance with the Brussels agreement "and with the OSCE," says Aleksandar Vučić.

The agreement is very clear and Serbia has nothing to do with these elections at all the OSCE is providing a way for citizens of Serbia to vote in elections in Serbia but there is no Serbian government involvement because the Brussels deal is clear that Kosovo is an independent nation.
