Kosova army will be formed just like the independence was declared. As long as we have US support Kosova is unstoppable. When the army is formed then Serbia will have to think twice before giving an opinion on Kosova. At least think about the rethoric it uses.

Serbia used to call Croatia fascist and stuff like that but since Croatia joined EU Serbian rethoric towards Croatia has changed.

Serbia should not forget the history and what it have done to its neighbours. Croatia and Kosova has not forget be sure about that. We will not again leave our people un-protected. The army will be formed and will allways be alert on the border to Serbia.


One thing is clear is that Kosova will never be an part of Serbia. That will be more clear when Serbia recognizes Kosova before joining the EU. By that time even The serb radicals will understand that Kosova was never serbian!

Serbs are shook up lol, I know right no more declaring war on civilians. This time were actually armed just like Serbs were in the 90s. The whining is only entertaining us Albanians. UN ain't got time for Serbia's little games, they actually have a real matter to deal with Ukraine. Serbias free ride is over.

Don't accept it then, but it is going to happen regardless or whether Serbia 'accepts' it or not. Kosovo already has a very well trained functioning army in all except name, all that will change is that it will be renamed, doubled in size (the reservists will increase almost four fold) and it will become more heavily armed; expect NATO countries to donate lots of military toys to Kosovo.

What does Serbia expect to achieve from running to the UNSC? UK, US and France will ensure this goes ahead. The UNGA has much bigger things to deal with thanks to Serbia's mate Putin. Also, thanks to Putin, Kosovo now has a need to have a proper army; Putin has given Kosovo's armed forces a reason/ purpose to exist and to expand in the future.

Just maybe he(Vulin) should also read UNSC 1244 as it does not really say that. Seems to be an ongoing problem with Serbs who quote 1244 they never know what it says exactly.

I will pray that Serbia does that, this is the best news of the year if its true or any Serbian politician has the guts to do it.

To go a bit further I hope Serbia opens and Rusina base in Nis and joins the Euroasian Union with Russia, what else you want.

Now if the above happens is the best news for Kosovo since june 1999 :)

It is apparent you are another individual who has never even read UNSC res 1244, the ignorance is showing.

Serbia will of course accept the army as there is nothing Serbia hasn't accepted. The list goes on forever now because no nation is doing more for Kosovo independence than Serbia. Serbia has border guards, customs agents, ambassadors, meetings, conferences, serbs sign loyalty oaths to Kosovo now, Serbia says Kosovo can be in EU, Serbia says yes to fifa approved Kosovo football games. Serbia is in actions and conduct doing more for Kosovo independence than any other nation. Kosovo having an army is a direct result of all the Serbian meetings with thaci jahjaga and others and signing that Brussels deal that abolished all Serbian courts and police in Kosovo. When Serbia abolished all courts and police in Kosovo and agreed pristina would appoint the police chiefs that was saying pristina was perfectly trustworthy in controlling people with guns in serb areas. SO the army was next. Serbia is responsible for this. Serbia has encouraged it.

These activities lead to a destabilization of the situation in Kosovo and go against the normalization of the relations between Belgrade and Priština, the government stated.

- I don't see the logic in the statement above. Serbia sent tanks, airplanes, armed prisoners and criminals to kill civilians in Kosova, yet this leads to destabilization? How? If anything this leads to stabilization and normalization of relations. This is a deterrent for any perverse thoughts that anyone in Serbia might have about Kosova. It puts relations on a more equal footing. It says that your threats, Serbia's threats, no longer scare our civilians because we have a way of defending ourselves. Unless of course Serbia is all about threatening, sending tanks to kill civilians, starting more wars, more blood, more mass murders, more ethnic cleansing. Then I can see how a Kosova army might be a problem for Serbia and for the "normal" attitude it has towards Kosova. Not because Kosova's army will be extra powerful, but it will be calculated if someone in Serbia is in the habit of constructing mad scenarios. There's really nothing more equal. You have an army to defend your people, we have an army to defend our people. If its fair and good enough for you then for sure it is fair and good enough for us. What's good for the goose...

Simply put Kosovo has a right to defend itself against possible aggression from some foreign entity.I like to add by saying that if anyone is familiar with the song 'The Touch' by Stan Bush which was the soundtrack song for 'The Transformers' animated film released back in 1986 that that song sometimes reminds me of ethnic Albanians struggling during the Kosovo war or crisis of 1998-'99,furthermore,it personally be interesting if that song is translated in Albanian and if some of you are unfamiliar with that song that you could check it out on you tube by typing The Touch by Stan Bush on You Tube.
