Vulin, i think the UN has a more important thing to deal with, like The Ukraine, instead of why you and Kostunica are not welcomed in Kosovo. As for Kosovo having its own armed force, either today or tomorrow, sooner or later.

After the aggression by Russia, the UN will full heartily support the newly established Kosovare defense force!
Boy oh boy, great news! This changes the entire situation on the ground, as the once radical & tyrant Serbia will really be in panic mode! Radical Serbia once claimed, Kosova is a internal issue, WRONG! She claimed she would not allow a international presence in Kosova, WRONG! She then claimed, Kosova would never be a independent country, WRONG, WRONG! She yet again claimed, Kosova could not & would not create an army, guess what? WRONG AGAIN! Why do I have the feeling that Serbia will never have anything right, when it comes to Kosova? I'll tell you why, because Kosova & her citizens don't give a flying monkeys arse, what Serbia thinks , in regards to Kosova!!! To a more important topic now, Im getting goosebumps, just thinking about when we will have are joint military exercises in the republic of Kosova! I'm sure it will take place soon, and am putting my bet that it will be held in conjunction with German, US, Croat, & Albanian forces(:-)
These exercises are of significant importance for stability in the region, as intelligence reports suggest a future Serbian offensive somewhere in the vicinity, and atrial photos have spotted a Serbian artillery regimen near a undisclosed area! The International community is tired of you serbs running to UN and whining everytime Kosova decide on its internal issues. The world have real problems to deal with. The UN cannot hinder Kosova to form its army since majority of the countrys in the UN recognize Kosova as independent state.

Thank you Russia! Thank you Serbia! As you work tirelessly to strengthening and emboldening Kosovas independence we thank you! When I heard that Putin was telling the world that those aren't Russian troops in Crimea, but local self defense forces I smiled. It reminded me of what Serbia did in Kosova, Bosnia and Croatia.

KPS is already doing a phenomenal job of ambushing and apprehending Serbian scum in the north that are auspected of all kinda of criminal activity while Serbia and Serbs have been impotent to counter it in any way. Imagine how well prepared, equipped and trained the new Kosova Army will be? It will basically follow the path of being one big special forces. Each kosovar soldier will be trained and equipped to take out 10 serbian invaders at minimum. Every soldier will have a gps guidance device and will be trained to "paint" serbian targets with the device so the air force and navy of NATO's cruise missiles find their targets. The last Kosova war saw a ratio of 1 Kosovar civilian pitted against 9 Serbian professional soldiers and look at what the results were, an Independent Kosova! Serbia is screwed. You'll never win another war battle or skirmish again in your beloved "cosmos" or whatever it is that you call it.

Oh for God's sake, this is ridiculous. Serbia is really taking seriously statements from Pristina about forming an army that's nothing more then pre-election jingoism? No international body has ever approved a security force in Kosovo larger than KSF and NATO has indicated it has no intention to support the envisioned "army" that only Serbian officials seem convinced is around the corner.

Even if this scenario were to happen, it wouldn't happen for a number of years, which by that time I'd like to hope Belgrade would secure international backing on autonomy for the Serbian municipalities, guarantee northern Kosovo is demilitarized, and take comfort in the fact that KFOR will remain the final force of authority in the region, which for all of Serbia's complaining of it oppressing Serbs, has also ensured since 1999 that the more trigger-happy part of Kosovo's Albanian society is also kept in place.

How is your "friends" veto power going to get any action taken place in the UNSC??? It gives you the option of blocking any new actions but it does not give you ANY power in creating new actions or annulling old ones.
