The international community wants a special tribunal to be set up to deal with the crimes committed by the now disbanded ethnic Albanian KLA.

It does not get any better than this, B92 is reporting that according to Tanjug that it is reported in Koha Ditore that the international community (I suppose there is only one) wants a special tribunal for KLA war crimes. Any one know who this international community is? Of course the technically it could be Serbia and Russia.
Does anyone have link to the original Koha Ditore article? I would appreciate it.

The West was always going to loose patience with the refusal by Pristina to instill judicial independence and who has also had more than enough time to come to grips with the basic functioning of institutions at a European level.
First the Kosovo Ombudsman was neutered to please the albanians. Since then it has done effectively nothing, and then non-stop failed prosecutions due to mafia like witness intimidation and Pristina looking the other way. What more proof do you need to show that there is nothing independent about so-called 'Kosova'. What an embarassment

Instead, the Kosovo criminals have a functional witness elimination system - people who dare to testify against those people (which most of them turned into politicians in Kosovo) are silenced or disappear, the one or other way.
Not so different to Serbia where war criminals are celebrated as heroes - with the only difference that the criminals in Kosovo are still in power.
